Stopping here is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the Walking Street as the locals call it is busy and full of people. Other times it's less busy. There are many events here thru-out the year, so you might catch one. A great place to...More

Many locals and foreigners come to enjoy the evening or events that are held in this area. Many places to eat around the place and my favourite Fahasa bookshop is right here.

Teenagers and college students come here to hang out. The street is closed to motorbikes at night, and there are several restaurants you can try around the area. If you are feeling up for it, you can probably make some Vietnamese friends who are looking...More

The whole area is wonderful, huge public plaza in the center of the city ... it has fountains which attract the locals. Great shoppings malls, cafes, restaurants and boutiques for every taste and desire. Nice place to hang out in the evening.

I do not think there is a set time. The fountains are not the main attraction. People watching is every night, with lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and milk tea stores. There are often events here too.
