This casino has everything all programs fixed in Machion so if you have luck also you can’t win . This casino giving all jackpots draws all to permanent guest , gold card and platinum cards members only for them they give because they spent huge amount so casino take care of them only . Now 2 cent Machion play even 500$ to 600$ but no free game this casino has fixed Machion . Hate this casino worst place . Never visit here specially tourist who don’t know anything I advice you that don’t go here try another casinos in Hochimin city 👎

Worst casino i have ever seen , usually going spending too much amount every time but not getting anything , this casino targeting only some guest who are korean only . Have anyone heard that chines , taiwanese , indian and other nationalities won geand huge jackpot or big amount after spending even 50,000$ no never because they fixed with card and guest that today they will give huge amount and jackpot to them important guest only , very very disappointed with palazp never trust them and never go here . Everything is fixed prior and one more thing always advertise jackpot timing odd early morning like 7.45 am or night that time most of guest not available here all is fake . Too much disappointing

Don't go to the Palazzo. I just lost 1700 in 1 hour. Not 1 free game not 1 bonus. I asked manager what slots paid and why they only take your money and IDK was the response. I've been to Atlantic City, Macao and Las Vegas and the Palazzo in Saigon is the worst by far. They should be held accountable for being so crooked

Worst place , cheater casino all Machions are fixed you can’t win . Even they give free play to some members only who used to play huge money . Jackpot all fixed draw all fixed . Never visit this casino better go to Pullman , Carvelle , new world Saigon casino . Very bad place for gambling . Never never go Plazo club casino in Sheraton hotel Hochimin city vietnam .

Nice Gaming Club. Not very big but cozy & clean. Comfortable seats, new machines. Beautiful & friendly staffs, always smile & ask if i need anything. Rebate 5 - 10% daily.

I went to this casino and won when betting small and lost when betting big. You have no control over the machine and can’t know if it’s rigged. I like gambling but I won’t go back because you can’t know if they cheat.

I saw the casino staff treat a Vietnamese woman with very little respect they are animals the Indian manager from Bangladesh couldn’t run an outhouse much less a casino I will never go back they will not allow you to have fun while enjoying slots they are the worst only interested in watching your every move within the casino they will track you like a dog while you try to have fun

You walk up and you think man this is going to be a nice casino. How wrong you will be. First of all if you think you’re going to have drinks and gamble that is not what’s going to happen. If you ask for a beer they look at you as if you asked for a billion dollars. Everybody is drinking water. I am not joking. There are only a few actual slot machines to begin with and people have their cards inserted to the machines and are just hanging out so you can’t use those. So we passed the first 20 slot machines and went to see the other 20 slot machines. Stop!!! What the hell? Sorry, this is VIP area. Lol. Since when did quarter slots become VIP area? This place sucks so bad it’s ridiculous. After about 20 minutes of just standing because we had nothing to do we left. Don’t waste your time!

I have read through a few reviews with differing opinions so thought it best to share my own experience. I had nothing but a great time at the Palazzo and would recommend it to anyone. A friend and I traveled through SE Asia and stayed in Ho Chi Minh for 6 days and visited the Palazzo a few times. Every time we were greeted with big smiles and the personnel on the floor were great. I have to single out Ms Abby Sang who went beyond the call of duty as she was highly professional and made us feel welcome. We planned a trip to Cambodia as this came up during a discussion with Ms Abby Sang and immediately she offered to book our flights and provided us our printed itineraries (we naturally paid for the flights ourselves). Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Palazzo I will definitely be returning and would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Ho Chi Minh City.
Points to Note:
1. Anyone planning to visit the Palazzo must make sure to along your passport or identity as you won't be allowed access without it.
2. If you join as a member you enjoy free drinks and meals for the first 3 days after joining.
3. You have to exchange your Dong to US Dollars at the Casino Cashiers as the machines only takes US currency.

I was there on 28 September 2019. While I was just looking and checking which game it suite me on that night firstly, the staff (lady supervisor or manager) try to asking me to play like they thought that I was there just distube other guests then security came and try to talk to me something but I think they are trying to say like if you are not playing game you are not welcome in there!
