My wife and 2 kids took the advanced class. The chef Ms. Dory was professional and fun. The food they created was as good or even better than what we ate in the restaurants. We highly recommend taking this class with Dory.

Be aware that they are different levels of classes. We were on a packaged tour and ended up with a short 2 hour cooking demo that was dumbed way down for tourists. Our premade Pho was called chicken noodle soup. Sigh... I was disappointed.

Really lots of fun and great info I learning local classic food dishes. Pho bo was very tasty and braised chicken in ginger was also easy to make and tasty to eat. Visited as part of Avalon cruises.
