Visited the Fito museum on our last day and enjoyed it a lot. It’s well worth the 1hr guided tour just for the handcrafted timber and traditional architecture.

Saw lots of Museums in Saigon, this one was interesting, had lots of things to see, Guides speak english so they are able to tell you about what's inside.
It's a little expensive but you a properly welcomed, you get explanations, to watch a video, play with props and drinks lots of tea.
