Vietnam Food experience Paddock to Plate!
Really great experience with the HCM Cooking School. Our Chef and Guide Linh was great and made the day a heap of fun and got to say we cooked some amazing dishes that tasted so good! Some of the best food we have had so far. Great facilities and service. A must do when you are in Saigon, good value for money.

Delightful Vietnamese cooking adventure

Both the farm tour explaining the various plants, spices and vegetables was super informative and delivered in a easy way to remember. Also discovered things I didn’t know about certain cooking techniques, and I have extensive cooking experience!

My wife and I had an amazing time at the HCM Cooking School class with Aura! We learned so many new things about Vietnamese cooking and can't wait to try out our new skills in the kitchen. I was really impressed with this cooking class, Chef Tian was very accomodating and knowledgeable from the tour of the organic farm to pick our ingredients to explaining how Vietnamese flavours interact. As a chef, I learned some new tricks and had fun in the process. I highly recommend this class.

Amazing Farm to Table Cooking Class Experience

We had an amazing experience with Alice. We were a group of 3 adults and 2 children. Everything from the farm tour and harvesting our ingredients to the cooking class itself, eating our delicious creations, and even some of the additional items we bought (such as the reasonably priced cookbook and ingredients to take with us). Alice was wonderful host. Very friendly, patient, skilled and great with the kids. One word of warning for those that do the tour in the late afternoon, wear long sleeves and pants if possible! We were eaten alive by mosquitos during the farm tour portion. Thank you Alice and the HCM cooking class team for one of the best highlights of our trip!

This was such an amazing experience. We really enjoyed learning about the ingredients of the food and the medicinal benefits. Our chef Linh was so kind and informative. I would highly recommend this experience to a friend!

Fantastic Vietnamese cooking class

My partner and I had a great day out with an authentic Vietnamese cooking class and guided tour of Cu Chi Tunnels. Our guide Linh was brilliant from start to finish. We loved our time picking ingredients from the farm and then learning how to make Vietnamese dishes.The food was delicious and we left with full stomachs to the Cu Chi Tunnels. The trip and travel was very well organised and Linh was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the trips HCM cooking class offers!

Make sure you are hungry! Excellent and entertaining experience where we learned a lot about Vietnamese cooking. Chef Tan is a legend. A lot of fun. I was super impressed by what we helped us make. Highly recommended

Best cooking class

The half-day cooking class was great experience and we are very happy that we experienced it. Our chef Tan, is a great chef who speaks fluent English. The limo transfer picked us up at our hotel and took us to the culinary school. They also have a big garden next to the culinary school where they grow all the vegetables and mushrooms for the culinary school and the restaurant. Tan showed us all the vegetables we would cook with in their garden and we could pick which we like. Tan is a perfect chef and a teacher. He explained and showed us what to do. And as a result we cooked 4 delicius meals. Thank you for this experience and that we learned to cook delicious meals.

If you want to see and experience organic authentic farming, healthy, beautiful Vietnamese food then you must come here.
We walked through the produce farming, vegetables, fruit,herbs,mushrooms.
We didn't have time to do a cooking class but we did see one happening whilst we were there, would definitely recommend
Please if you have time come and enjoy!
