Overall the trip was very well organized and executed. The guides were knowledgeable and well informed. The guide and the van driver were very caring looking after everyone's well being, especially during the heat of the day.

hi, it's late to answer. But tours can fit anybody, if you're leisure cyclist, cycle less km, if you're pro-cyclist, cycle more distance. Ngo Trong Huy

Vietnam Bike Tours provide saddle covers. I would recommend padded shorts.
