I'm not sure why this is in the museum category. The walls are lined with tea, spices and rice wine etc. But it's just really their products with a list of health benefits for them.
Excellent place to have some rice wine that's been infused with fruit. I'd particularly reccommend the Vietnamese absinthe.

Staff are lovely with excellent English and will have a great chat with you whilst you drink.

I'll be back for some of the coffees which look amazing.

After I left the shop and thought about the few hours I spent there I think the experience started the moment I entered the street the business is located. Coming off a busy vehicle strewn road the deadend street itself is light filled and clean, flanked by a mix of well kept multi storey residential and commercial older style buildings presenting a lovely chilled scene. The shop itself is well decorated, crossing a green threshold you are greeted with a relaxing atmosphere featuring walls lined with bottles of rice spirit infused with fruit and herbs and jars of coffee and tea.

The staff are friendly and have a really sound knowledge of what they were offering. If you want to try the spirits you can either choose from the suggestions on the menu or make it up yourself adding a bit of this and that, the number of variations would run into the hundreds and all for the same price of D29,000 per cup (about the same size as a sāke cup). The drinks themselves were different and not the type of thing you just throw back, more something you sip away at. The shop does serve food after 6pm (on the day I was there), had the green paypaya salad with chicken which was tastful and refreshing. Products can be purchased to take away and having brought some Robusta coffee beans roasted with butter I left thinking I will have to come back.

The bike tour is good for a look around the village and is not too strenuous. You go to several spots and get a taste of village life. You can also hire a bike yourself if you want to.

I had a wonderful time in an unforgettable atmosphere. The selection of drinks and elixirs were truly amazing, and very informative. The staff were also very friendly and the blind alcohol test was a fun way to spend an afternoon.

We had an amazing time and learned so much about natural vietnamese medicine. So much that we visited twice in one weekend. Definitely recommend the blind alcotest - we only got 1 out of 6 correct but all were delicious. Hope to come back again one day. Thank you!

I was having a look around hoping to be greeted and served or offered a menu for about 5 minutes, ended up getting bored so I left. Its a shame because I haven't had an authentic vietnamese coffee experience yet - where you wait for coffee to drip through. Pffft can't be bothered to go back now.

Dear Hugh, We are very sorry about your negative impression of our little drinking shop. We usually act exactly the opposite as you describe and we make sure all our guest receive and warm welcoming and a brief introduction about our special products as herbal tea, infused spirits and speciality coffee. The cause is maybe due to one of our staff left about this day and we was missing one staff for the service. If you come back one more time you can be sure you will received the service you expected on the first time. Best regards, Maxime & Theu Owners - Drink Vietnam

We took a wrong-turn when walking around HCM and got lured in by the interesting decor and shop-front. The place is absolutely lovely and the host was extremely friendly. We ordered a coconut coffee smoothie and a banana one on his recommendation and absolutely loved them both...I just wish the cafe would follow me around Vietnam so I can have one every day. There is a lot to look at on the walls of the cafe and some interesting information in the menu too. Also, very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend seeking this place out when in HCM.

I stumbled across this little spot of joy whilst exploring the backstreets of Ho Chi Min and I wasn’t disappointed. The workers were very informative providing a detailed background of the history and information about the products. I enjoyed a coffee here before purchasing some teas and coffee. Be sure to check this place out on your travels.

The cook was on "leave" the day we visited so they didn't had any food available from the menu. the wines taste pretty much like spirits. nothing worth drinking.

We are sorry that you was not able to eat. We are mainly a place to try different traditional and special drink from Vietnam. The cook is usually available everyday from 7am to 2pm and from 6pm to 9pm. About wine, is a common mistake that everybody do when visiting Vietnam, here people say wine for any spirit (vodka = wine). On our menu we write infused spirit to avoid confusion, sorry if you did not know how strong it will be. Best regards, Maxime & Theu Owners - Drink Vietnam

Amazing selection of drinks including traditional Vietnamese ones, experimental ones and western ones with great descriptions and a fascinating history of Vietnamese beverages and medicine at the back in the menu. Fantastic value too and wonderfully friendly staff. So glad we found this as it’s down a little side street
