My wife and I have just returned from a 23 day visit to Vietnam and Cambodia, put together for us by Go-Indochine.
They replied promptly and courteously to our initial approach, which created a good first impression, and Linh Phan was assigned to put a programme together for us. We had a reasonable idea in advance of what we wanted to visit and Linh was able to advise further on this and suggest improvements, quickly producing an initial itinerary. The only false start was that this included a considerable amount of trekking, cycling and climbing – which would have been fine 30 years ago but looked a little challenging for a 68 year old! When this was pointed out, Linh was quick to make suitable adjustments so we ended up with a (mostly) personalised plan which met all our aspirations.
Ly was assigned as our point of contact once we had arrived in Vietnam – inevitably with a trip like this there were a few minor issues that cropped up. On each occasion Ly was absolutely brilliant – our WhatsApp messages were acknowledged within seconds and in most cases the matter was resolved within minutes. Sadly we never got a chance to meet her in person but she was an absolute star.
The day guides assigned to us were without exception reliable, flexible and welcoming though it has to be said that their standards of English were a bit variable – three were absolutely fluent but in one case communication was more through smiling than talking!
Overall ,we would have no hesitation in recommending Go-Indochine to anyone planning a similar trip – to re-iterate, they were welcoming, flexible, knowledgeable and reliable, not just in planning the trip but when it mattered most, i.e. when we were actually on it and needed occasional support.

Working with Thao, Ly and their team at Go-Indochine was an incredible experience!
My partner and I entrusted them with planning our first trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Thao demonstrated creativity, promptness, and patience as we collaborated to design a custom itinerary. She was meticulous in providing tips to help us prepare for our journey.
There were many gems within Vietnam, like organizing a daily guide and driver for the temples in Siem Reap, Cambodia, learning about the food culture in Hanoi, Vietnam, and staying overnight on a boat in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam. The itinerary was fun and filled with unique experiences that made our trip unforgettable
Throughout our trip, Thao and Ly coordinated seamlessly with their team, ensuring we always had someone to contact for any clarifications or assistance. This consistent support proved invaluable when I unfortunately had a fall and needed a visit to a local hospital. Thao, Ly and the team reached out to our resort to ensure our comfort and arranged wheelchair service and priority seating at the airport for our departure.
Despite feeling overwhelmed by the incident, we felt incredibly secure and well cared for by Thao, Ly and the team at Go-Indochine.

My husband and I had an amazing trip to Northern Vietnam. We use Go-Indochine thru Travel Local. Linh To and Hoà were so helpful in preparing for the trip and helping us navigate when and where we had to be for each excursion. Every hotel was beautiful, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and spotless. Every excursion started off with a prompt driver and our tour guides Kevin, Grace and Sue, all of whom were professional, energetic and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them all!
Our time in Hanoi was spent seeing the city and the culture up close. We had tours that included history of the government, Buddhist temples and museums. We took a walking food tour where we were able to experience the delicious street food and talk with some of the restaurant owners about the traditions that have been passed down to them from generations. We also visited a coffee shop and were given a private lesson on how to make the amazing egg coffee! Outstanding!!
Next we were off to Sapa in the mountains. We enjoyed two days of walking tours through many villages, a cable car to see pagodas and the highest point in Vietnam. Some of the villages where lined with vendors selling everything from snacks to clothing and jewelry. We were invited into their homes to learn how they made clothes. The traditions of Vietnam are steeped in their culture. The old and young participate in a colorful showing of their lives, past and present.
Our next excursion was on a cruise to Ha Long Bay. The cruise ship was beautiful and spacious. No detail was amiss! The atmosphere was that of a dream! There we had the opportunity to experience hikes on the islands, kayaking and a caves with stalactites. All were breathtaking!
We can not recommend Go Indochine and Travel Local enough! The price was reasonable and the attention we received was superb.

It just can’t get any better. 😀
We had booked a private trip to Northern Thailand and Laos with Go-Indochine in August
At first we were a little skeptical about the price. But in hindsight, we have to say that it was totally worth it.
Starting with the inquiry, until the completion of the booking, Mrs. Trang von Indochine was always at our side with advice and deeds, inquiries and wishes and corresponding changes were processed immediately.
The trip - both in Thailand with the drive to the Lao border - or in Laos (Mekong tour to Luang Prabang incl. sightseeings div. Villages of the ethnic groups living there - was very impressive and consistently top-organized.
Should Southeast Asia be on our itinerary again, Go-Indochine will be our 1. Wahl.
From us therefore 10 out of 10 ⭐️

We had an incredible honeymoon exploring Vietnam and it was made even better by our amazing team at Go Indochine. Thao guided us through the booking process over the phone, WhatsApp and emails, even on her days off which we really appreciated. She gave us some great recommendations. We kept in close communication all the way up to the trip to sort the finer details, and she then made a group WhatsApp with her colleague Hoa who was always on hand to assist during our trip.
The trip was absolutely seamless. We were picked up (and reminded about pick ups over WhatsApp daily) exactly when we had expected, pretty much all our tours were private, and the activities we added thanks to their recommendations were unforgettable. What an adventure!
Thank you so much, Thao and Hoa. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to plan a bespoke trip of a lifetime in Vietnam!

Traveling with ages 4 to 71, our trip was customized to everything we wanted and things we didn’t know we wanted! Go-Indochine organized all the details and communicated easily with us to recommend ideas and arrange hotels/flights/activities. Highlights of our trip included tour guides taking us to see and wash elephants, hiking to see monkeys, amazing boat trips in Khao Sok! Seeing WILD elephants! The trip was very relaxing knowing the transportation and day to day planning was taken care of. Guides were incredibly friendly accommodating tired children and helping us pick out the best meals to eat at local restaurants. Worth every penny! Thailand is amazing.

I booked a 15-day trip to Vietnam this past month. This was my first time hiring an agent to prepare me a trip, and so I went in a bit skeptical. And to my delight, from the start, Thao, and then Ms Lin on the ground, were fantastic. Responsive (for instance, the moment we landed, they set up a whatsapp group with us), accommodating to all kinds of changes, and most importantly, providing a great itinerary, with everything super organized and functioning perfectly. Drivers and guides waiting for us at every point and knowing exactly what we had asked for; nice hotels; and all with a reasonable cost. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

I had asked Travellocal & Go-Indochine to plan a four-week individual tour of Vietnam for me. After a short time, Phuong sent me a detailed travel plan that exactly met my previously stated wishes. She immediately implemented all changes and always answered my questions.
When the trip began, I was given Phuong and Ly's emergency number for emergencies. As soon as I wrote to them about a small matter, they responded within minutes and resolved the issue immediately. There were no problems during the entire trip that were the fault of the organization, if anything only a misunderstanding on site, which Phuong was able to resolve quickly.
You could rely on Ly and Phuong at any time.
Now that the trip is over, I can say with certainty that this trip could not have been planned better. I saw everything important and much more. In addition, I not only saw the special tourist destinations, but was also able to gain many local impressions that I would never have had without Phuong. The choice of hotels was fantastic. All hotels were top-notch, very clean and chic. In addition, they were all centrally located so you could walk everywhere, which I think was a huge advantage.
This organization is very professional and knows exactly what they are doing. I can highly recommend them and will definitely book my next trips with them again.

We had a fantastic time touring around Cambodia. We started in Siem Reap with Ankor Wat and Anchor Thom and Tonle Dap before heading west to Mondulkiri Province via Kratie to see the Irrawaddy River Dolphins. We then headed back west to Phnom Penh and then the Island of Koh Rong Sanloem. The whole trip was extremely well organised thanks to Go-Indiochine and their excellent guide and driver.

Thao helped me plan an itinerary for Vietnam. She had great ideas. I liked that she provided an 14-day itinerary from the onset that I could react to and tailor to my liking. She was also friendly and responsive to my many questions. She also properly informed me of weather conditions which might have caused parts of my trip to be unpleasant. I would work with Thao or Go-Indochine again without a doubt.
