I wouldn't necessarily call the puppet show exciting, but it's definitely an interesting cultural thing to do while in Hanoi. Worth the money.

My two boys and I attended the water puppet show in Hanoi. It was very well organised and easy. The show was magical and very clever!! A highlight of our trip.

A must see for anyone visiting Hanoi! The things they can make those puppets do are extraordinary. It was fast paced which kept everyone's attention too.

With a tour party so unable to comment on value for money .Something very different .I would have enjoyed it so much more if I had had a better understanding of the culture .The singing was in the usual very high key and would not...More

Interesting traditional puppet show transports you to the rice fields of Vietnam where these puppet shows originated from. Worthwhile watching the show once while in Hanoi.

The only thing great about this is that it is only 50 minutes. Seating is very cramped and if you get someone tall seated in front of you, you stare at his head the whole time. The show is in Vietnamese and really don't understand...More

Very different experience. This show was really awesome and entertaining. They keep you busy with lots of small stories of Vietnam and their culture. They have put lots of efforts and energy. Worth watching and not to be missed.

If you're staying a few days try and go to the book office as they have a seating chart for each performance. You might get lucky and get a front row. So in advance get your agent to check and book. Good luck and enjoy
