The puppeteers are in the water for the whole production, and the musicians are fantastic. As you go through the play that depicts the reliance of the Vietnamese people upon the water, each section of the play also amazes with the level of puppet making...More

This water puppet theatre is a well-known and well-choreographed production that will entertain young & old. It’s only drawback is that the intro is translated into English but the rest of the performance is in Vietnamese but nonetheless enjoyable. Take in an evening show during...More

The puppet mastery and music was very good however no one understood the plot. The basic introduction is in English and the rest was in Vietnamese. Naturally many people fell asleep as it’s a 50 minute show. Obviously it was all tourists with their children....More

We took our 5 year old son who really enjoyed the show and was able to follow the story. It's only a small theatre and shows sell out quickly. The show is only about 45 mins so not too long or too short.

A very unique way to do puppet shows, with live musicians and singers. The show we saw was about 45 minutes long. I was done in about 30 minutes.

A fascinating hour spent viewing some Vietnamese tradition. The show was well presented and interesting although the one real disappointment was the litter on the floor by the seats from the previous performance that had not been cleared up. Worth a visit if you have...More

Mid afternoon. Evenings are busy, but plenty of room at all shows. Go at the front if your brave. Take a coat if so.
