The mission of the Museum is scientific research, collection, documentation, conservation, exhibition and preserving the cultural and historic patrimony of the nation's different ethnic groups. The museum also serves to guide research, conservation, and technology that are specific to the work of an ethnographic museum.

Went here as part of a day trip unfortunately we didn't have a lot of time but what we saw was really interesting about the many different tribes in Vietnam. Would have liked longer to soak it all in.

We enjoyed the variety of exhibits and the clear coverage of the minority groups in Vietnam. The outdoor exhibit was particularly interesting.

Ditto. I went with Gate1 travel also and the signs are in English so you do not require a local guide. Save your money and enjoy the delicious food after your walk around!
