I love this place and its atmosphere. I don't think you would be disappointed if you enjoy vegan food. The flavour is very pleasant. Not too sweet or salty. The price is reasonable. From 80.000 - 120.000 VND The food is really fresh. I had Conscious couscous salad today.

I was looking for a yoga studio not too far from where we are staying in Hanoi. As we are vegetarian, we are constantly on the lookout for an chay options. Zenith Yoga Studio and Cafe ticked both boxes! I got to do a beautiful hatha beginners class while my husband worked his way through the amazing menu downstairs. Bliss!... More

Delicious fresh food prepared and presented to a high standard. I had a salad and mushrooms wrapped in tofu. Both great options and filling. Followed up with coconut drink with aloe vera (yum). Very friendly and helpful staff with good English. Can be a bit difficult to find. Go through the alley and up first set of stairs (after you... More

Cosy place with fresh healthy food and smoothies. We ordered avocado rolls and hummus pizza. To our surprice there was no avocadi what so ever in our avo-rolls, only carrot and greensalads. Our "hummus pizza" was also lacking the hummus. Very bad considering we pay double the price if not more then other restaurants. However the waiter was really sweet... More

The Zenith II restaurant was recommended to us by locals. It is family run and has a pleasant domestic feel once you've entered through the alley and after climbing the stairs with your shoes off. The restaurant has a austere Buddhist feel to it, everyone sitting on low mattresses and cushions, pallets as tables, and the atmosphere is very relaxed,... More

The lentil soup, chocolate cake, the cookies, the kombucha, and the tapas that I shared with my cousin were so amazing. Decent price, and the service was good for south east Asia. The staff were very nice and didn't mind that I spend practically the whole day lounging on their couch (I'm on crutches)! Definitely wish I could try more... More

We loved this place so much! We came for a beginners yoga class then we stayed for lunch. I had a baked sweet potato and my boyfriend had tofu soup. We finished off with the vegan chocolate cake. It was the best food I've had in Hanoi!! It is so hard to find vegan options here. The cafe is so... More

We didn't do Yoga but tried the veggie plate for two which offers a quite creative blend of various tastes 😊 the place itself is very relaxing and quiet with classical music playing in the background. Recommended!

I don't feel the class I attended was worth the money I paid, at 200,000 VD which for me is around £7. Being in a city, surrounding noise of traffic is relatively unavoidable and not something I expect completely. Though I do think that by closing the studio doors and playing some peaceful music the atmosphere would be greatly improved.... More
