Not bad, usual SE Asian service

We used this service on a few occasions. Just to mention, you are not getting the best service and Yes the staff are moody and miserable at the office. But I feel that you get... read more

I know what you are thinking. You've asked your hotel or they've offered you a tour or two that is either a day trip or two days to the perfume pagoda, Ninh Binh or sapa. It sounds like it's a lot of money, so you decide to venture to a small or near by travel agency to see what they... More

I went with this company from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi. The ticket is very cheap and the bus was almost always at the destination before scheduled time! Comfy sleeping seats (if you are not taller than 1, 70 cm). Felt safe with most bus drivers.

We had a couple of not so great experiences with other bus operators so before the long, 24h journey from Hoi an to Saigon we decided to speak to a few operators directly at their offices rather than just go with whatever the hotel sells. The sinh tourist office was conveniently located across the hotel (hoa Binh) so we checked... More

We used this service on a few occasions. Just to mention, you are not getting the best service and Yes the staff are moody and miserable at the office. But I feel that you get almost the same service in SE Asian countries. The value is great when you book with this company and it is much better than the... More

We got open bus tickets (all sleepers) from HCMC to Hanoi, with stops at Mui Ne, Hoi An and Hue (about 835'VMD each). These journeys were pretty alright. The beds are shabby and the leg room all depends on whereabouts you are on the bus, but I think we got fairly lucky. Considering they had been ok so far we... More

When you go looking for their shop front, watch out for fake ones under the same name. The original one is on a corner See photos for location The staff are helpful, their English is not too bad. They helped us book a two week travel itinerary from Hanoi all the way to Ho Chi min city. Using Sleeper coaches... More

Perfect transfer from Hoi An to Hue for only about £3.50 each. We even arrived just under an hour earlier than scheduled (in 3hrs rather than 4).

After a horrific experience from Nha trang to Da Lat with futa bus I used a different company to come down from Da Lat to Mui Ne. They were excellent. The driver didn't go above 50mph on a large coach for the whole journey. No mental overtaking and no constant horn beeping. I didn't feel safer than I did on... More

I bought a ticket to Pakse, Laos from Hue, Vietnam. It was an expensive ticket but I figured I was paying for a nice sleeper bus so I didn't care much. About 60% of the way there, the bus driver kicks me off the bus and tells me to wait at this rural laos bus station for another bus to... More

Following the concerned recommendations of our travel guides (Lonely planet and Routard) we decided to book several bus journeys around Vietnam with The Sinh Tourist. The first two trips did not impressed us at all - we had travelled in Thailand and Cambodia in better quality and cheaper companies. But on our trip from Nha Trang to Hoi An in... More
