Pinky's Hanoi Foodie Tour is an incredible experience. It's not just about the delicious food, but the depth of knowledge and genuine passion Pinky brings to every stop. She’s a master storyteller. Pinky shared Hanoi’s urban history with us and its vibrant culinary scene.

We explored hidden gems and local eateries I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. The food was a revelation, including delightful Hanoi donuts, savoury noodles, Vietnamese pizza, sticky rice, papaya salad, and local fruits. Pinky didn't just introduce the dishes to us. She also illuminated the nuances of flavor, preparation, and cultural context.

Pinky’s enthusiasm is infectious. She has a genuine desire to share her love for Hanoi.
If you’re seeking an authentic, insightful, and truly delicious food experience, choose Pinky's tour. I highly recommend it!

My guide Kien really catered the experience to my interests, taking time to answer my many questions about Hanoi food culture and also offering a lot of other insights as well! He also made sure I was strategic in how much I ate.
There's a lot of food to get through, and some of the earlier dishes were so amazing, but I had to stop myself from getting full.

After my tour I was sent a list of the places I’d been so I could go back. It was a memorable afternoon.

We are a couple, travelling in Vietnam. While looking for a good way to learn about Hanoi we came across this free food tour which is instructed by local English students.
We could not have found something better! Our guide, Zel was a funny, talkative intresting person who took us around the city and helped us discover great local dishes in the best places! Although we are both vegetarian she managed to find us food that will be fit for us, and she kept asking and making sure that everything was according to our needs.
During the tour we ate 5 dishes at a total of 230k VND for the both of us.
I highly reccomend this to anyone who visits Hanoi.

Don't forget to tip your guide, they are usually hardworking students who could really use this money.

We had an amazing tour in the old quarter of Hanoi with the best vegetarian food. Steve showed us some cool secrets of the city and we tried some delicious dishes and snacks. Steve knows a lot about food and the history and culture of Hanoi and this tour is a great way to discover the city. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

My sister and I wanted to learn more about the French part of the old quarter in Hanoi. We were lucky that Jane helped us. She explained many details of this area based on history, but also gave us the opportunity of knowing really good places in terms of eating typical vietnamese food.
I strongly recomend the tour with Jane.

Heard about Zel from recommendations and decided to give it a shot. Was amazed of het fluency in English, and her knowledge about the vietnamese food and culture. Definitely recommended, she's amazing and I had a really good (and tasty) time with her

I can really recommend this tour. My guides name was alice. Who really did a perfect job. It was a private tour and just her and me. She showed me around and cared very much. We talked about a lot of topics not only related to the tour. She told me a lot about Vietnam and it's people. I can recommend it without any hesitation!

Mina was an awesome tour guide!! We had the best time. She showed us all the sights of the French quarter and was very knowledgable about the history. She also took us to get delicious ice cream and famous egg coffee. She’s the best - thank you!

The tour guide did not speak English well and was difficult to understand. She did not explain anything and could not answer questions. The tour consisted of going through Hoa Lo prison museum which could have been done without the guide as she added nothing to the explanations contained in the exhibits, stopping in front of St Joseph Cathedral, stopping in front of a restaurant, walking by Hoan Kiem Lake, walking by the outside of the Hotel Metropole and having the Opera House pointed out from across the street. The guide got lost and could not find her way to the Opera House without stopping to ask for directions. Having been on 3 Tours in Hanoi with exceptional and interesting guides I found this experience a disappointing waste of time.
