Fake! Does not exist! I just wasted one day. They did not communicate and their place on given address does not exist anymore. There is a building under reconstruction.

Overall a great experience! In a small group we got to choose which Vietnamese dish we wanted to cook. We went to the market for fresh ingredients, and then cooked everything ourselves with guidance from Alice. Our spring rolls turned out fantastic! The cooking course was great, but even better were the conversations that we had while enjoying the food. We learned so much about Vietnamese culture and history from Alice. She was a wonderful host, and was very welcoming and open to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

This cooking class took me from menu selection through shopping at the local open air market, food prep, cooking, and of course the best part, eating. The only part I didn't get to experience was doing the dishes. I expect that during a busier time than a global pandemic it may have been a more social event, but having the undivided attention of Alice was a big plus. And in spite of my errors, it tasted great.

Alice was great! We tried very hard to find a guide and she was the only one willing to take us. She knows many details about the city and answer your questions with a smile (not only about the city, also about Vietnam in general). Thank you Alice!

I went solo in Hanoi and hoping I can get to know the way of living of locals. And what's the best way to learn that? By getting a tour from locals themselves! I met the humorous Alice whom the owner of GA Hostel. She happily gave us a tour in Old Quarter! I can feel her strong passion and eagerness to share the history of OQ, brought us in pagoda, showed us the market and other places that made us see how the locals go around on a daily basis. She was so enthusiastic to answer all my questions all throughout. I like how I learned plenty of things after the tour and I get to know her and some of her staff. Right after a tour, she prepared us an authentic Vietnamese dishes! A complete package of Hanoian tour! As we eat we continued our sensible talks and shared some of our own cultures. This was one of the highlights of my trip in Hanoi. Thank you very much Alice for giving your time with us! Hoping for all the best in your hostel.

I've had a really nice time on free walking tour with Alice today! We were taken to the places that I would never go to by myself, Alice has a big knowledge, good sense of humour and is open to new people and various questions, which is super important :) choose of places is also very well done. dont hesitate to take this tour!
