This was definitely one of the greatest highlights of Vietnam! From beginning to end: an overall amazing experience. Jade Sails is very professional, kind staff, great activity program, safety was guaranteed, food was yummy and the boat was very beautiful. The tourguide (guy named Nam) was very dedicated and passionate about his work which I absolutely loved! It was such an unforgettable experience enjoying the sunset from sea while soaking in all the stunning surroundings. In my opinion definitely a must see and would recommend Jade Sails for sure 💚

This was by far the highlight of our trip to Hanoi!! We got picked up from our hotel with a luxury vehicle and from the moment we stepped in the cruise ship we fwlt like we met some long time friends. Nam, the tour guide, was absolutely fantastic, he greeted us with a smile, explained us everything and by the end of our trip we had gained a new friend. The whole crew was so kind and helpful with anything we might wanted, everything was just as scheduled and as promised and even better. I can strongly recommend that you don't miss that chance, it is an experience you will remember for a lifetime! Thank you for everything! :)

We had a great experience on the cruise with a small group of other passengers. The staff were hands off and let us relax while providing fun activities. The food was all delicious and the facilities were great. It felt we were able to fit a lot into our day. The scenery was of course gorgeous, as we learned so much about the surrounding area. Nam was an excellent tour guide and even sent us pictures of us that he took on his phone long after his work day was over. We would highly recommend.

5 of us spent the day on this cruise with JadeSails through original explorer. It was a wonderful day. Nam was attentive and made sure all of us on the ship had a good time. It is a clean, new boat. The lunch was a six course feast. We learned how to make spring rolls and had a mid afternoon snack of spring rolls, fruit and sweets.
We kayaked and swam in Ha Long bay. All in all, this was a very worthwhile day. Highly recommended.

We’re have great tour in ha long bay for our group . We’re got VIP van and our tour guide was friendly Mr Tom . They really take the time to explain us make this trip happy all the time with private boat . Thanks .

Fantastic day cruising around Halong Bay. I chose the option of being picked up by the limousine that carries 8 people in comfort with a duration of a couple of hours. You are then transferred to the boat that was fantastic. Our guide Nam was very friendly and knowledgeable as were all the other staff. Lunch was included as was a chance to make spring rolls and a sunset party. Activities included bamboo boat, kayak and swimming. Although the weather was wet the day was still a wonderful experience.

We joined a day tour to Ha Long Bay. The A class limonsine is very comfortable with usb charger, Wi-Fi and massage chair. It makes the 2.5 hour journey very easy. The Estella Cruise is a nice cruise. The food is high quality. The tour guide, Tom, is a conscientious guy. He made good arrangements on everything. The wrap up video is also out of expectation. Overall, value for money. Strongly recommend!

We had a fantastic trip and highly recommend this company. It’s real luxury from the beginning to the end. Our tour guides were great. We enjoyed a wonderful boat ride, a well-explained trip to Hoa Lu, great cycling among the spectacular Karsts and a delightful tea at the end. We also had a great luxurious lunch.

So it started from an amazing bus ride right from our hotel in a luxury busliner, greeted with the kindest smiles and service. We them moved onto a stop where we met our amazing tour guide Phuc (Happy). From there we traveled again via these amazing busliner with our driver, Huy, who similarly assisted us when needed and greeted us with a big smile! Once we reached the boats Phuc gave us the run down of all the events to come for the trip step by step. Whenever we had any questions he was quick to answer them and help us to understand whatever we wanted to know about halong bay, and the surrounding fishing villages and because of him I got to learn so much about their amazing lifestyle and sustainable use of aquaculture within those villages. He even gave us information regarding the legends surrounding halong bay and similarly some of that of Hanoi and the interesting and sacred tortoise. If you want to experience an amazing trip while visiting Vietnam, then consult them and hopefully your lucky enough to have Huy as your driver and Phuc as your guide.
