Large limestone caves with stalactites and stalagmites. But when we visited in summer it was very very crowded. Huge serpentine queue going into the caves, so we couldn't really stop and admire the formations. Also it was quite hot. But the caves do open out...More

During my overnight Halong Bay Cruise, following morning we visited Sung Sot Caves and it was really an out of the world experience. The caves are so long and deep that they rise inside the mountain and descend to almost subterranean levels. The caves with...More

Nice place. A bit crowded at peak hours. But definitely worth visiting. Limestone stalactite and stalagmites filled caves

A trip to Halong bay is not complete without the obligatory cave visit. The caves are beautiful but sadly the tourist impact is now being seen, with damage and the stopping of any new growth in the caves. Worth the visit, still beautiful

Having visited caves in China, Barbados and Bermuda this cave is very ordinary. While it has huge caverns the use of white lights makes it ordinary. Colored lighting might have given it a different feel. You get to the caves via a Halong Bay tour...More

was very very crowded. Had to queue to go up the cave and felt that the area was too packed with people to really enjoy the experience. Seen better caves elsewhere, but would be a good place to visit when you are halong bay for...More

Amazing rock formations in this cave. We visited during the winter, and it was great, but it was still really busy. I’d hate to see this in the busy summer season, as it would get pretty crowded according to our tour guide.
