The Worst!

The worst customer service! Booked them on Klook, they took my money, gave me a confirmation. Then I receive an email: Boat fully booked

I asked to fix it, they just sent me the same reply. Trying to get a refund from Klook

Bad time keeping - long delay don’t believe them

This company should be avoided at all costs ! They have no idea of time. Currently whilst I type 45 late from dock. They just try to see over priced stuff whilst keeping you waiting ! Much better companies in Phuket

To many people on the boat

We think it was too many people on the boat and too many boats at every place we came to and too many people. Food was terrible. The staff was great and the scenery.

Stayed the night at the island staff experience excellent tour guide on the island brilliant and funny sorry I just called him George his name was adaman a must do day tour or overnight many thanks too everyone at seastar

An amazing day

We toured as a family of 8 adults and had a fabulous day with Seastar with a tour to Phi Phi island and surrounds. The speed boat was well equipped with snorkelling gear and we were provided with frequent drinks and refreshments. The staff were friendly and very clear with instructions which is important as some of the locations were very crowded. This magical part of the world should not be missed and it was wonderful to see the restoration of the marine environment. A special mention to Mina. She has a great sense of humour but is also extremely good at her job. Thanks for a great time Seastar.

amazing experience

I love how energetic and friendly the staffs were!
It was a tiring yet FUN experience and i am surprise by how top notch the services are, they readily prepare snacks, fruits, drinking water, pepsi, seasick medication, plastic for the guest!
the cameraman is always ready to take nice pics for us!

Great day out!

We took the James Bond Island tour with a group of friends and it was a great experience. The staff were so helpful, and the main tour guide Coco (or as he referred to himself as “Coco Chanel #1”) was incredible!! Staff were happy to take photos of everyone so it was perfect for solo, couple or group visits. The Kayak experience was scenic and relaxing. We highly recommend this company and the experience!

A fabulous day exploring the Phi Phi islands, staff were friendly and helpful especially Nina and Mia ( apologies if i have spelt their names wrong!). I would recommend!

Lovely sea

I took a tour of the Similan Islands. I have never seen such a beautiful sea. We will rarely spend time with fish in our lives.
It was another world. The fish we had seen in aquariums and illustrated books were there. What a surprise I am swimming with them.
I even met a big lizard! Amazing!!!
We are Japanese and Japan is surrounded by seas, but not such a beautiful sea.
It is a memory that will last a lifetime.
