I have used this tailor before twice whilst being on holiday but this time I had to ask them if they could help me from the uk. After sending photos of my partner in his last suit he had made and how it fitted now , they got straight on it even though I was panicking slightly a bit about it.
I have just received it and want to say it’s perfect and what another great suit.
I would highly recommend this tailor if you’re in Thailand or in uk.

Went to Michelle Tailor in Pattaya as l needed a suit for a friend's wedding in Bangkok. After shopping around l decided to visit Michelle Tailor. I spoke with Ricky and explained the style l wanted. He took my measurements and in a few days my suit was made. The quality of the work was so impressive that l decided to have another suit made. I highly recommend Michelle Tailor in Pattaya. A++ service.

Ricky and his shop is the best tailor in Thailand. Quick, easy, respectful, and NO upselling.
Amazing.
Gave great advice when it came to colors and styles and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t ask for. On top of all this, Ricky took me out to the best Indian restaurant in Pattaya after taking measurements. He had every shipped back to Texas for me. Everything was packaged beautifully and looked and fit exactly as expected. I will never go to another tailor.

I really love the quality of clothes here!! Ive been their customer for years. I have visited place three times and I have ordered clothes from there about five times. Every single blazer, overcoat, shirt and trousers have fit perfect! Their fabrics are really awesome! Jussi from Finland

After reading reviews on this place I decided to have a suit and 2 shirts made. This was a big mistake. To cut a long story short, the shirts which were made looked to be poor quality and looked as though they would not last very long after washing. The arms of each shirt were of different sizes to the other. The trousers did not fit as well as made to measure trousers should. They also looked to be cheaply made. But the main story is the suit jacket. It was completed after 2 fittings and looked quite good. That was before I tried it on. When worn it was found to be too small, and obviously too small. As it was so clearly too small I was told they would adjust it and I was to come back. This happened 3 times Each time it was clear that no adjustment had been made and they tried to pretend it fitted perfectly which it very clearly never did. In the end my time in Pattaya ran out and so did my patience. I decided that as the stuff was of such poor quality I didn't want it anymore and rather than go back to the shop yet again and argue I just left them with the clothes and I lost my deposit of 2000 baht.
I would recommend avoiding this place. Unfortunately I cannot suggest a better place as I am still looking to find a good tailor in Pattaya.

We apologize for the problem you faced with misfittings of the jacket.
However, we were already in the process of making new one for you and was
going to send to you back home.
But you did not come in to our shop on the last day.
We would like to make a refund to to you by Paypal ( if you could provide us with your Paypal account). You can respond to us in the mail we sent you.
Michelle tailor is the longest established tailor in pattaya and we do not want to keep our customers unhappy and unsatisfied.

I bought at least 3 custom shirts from the tailor in the lobby of my hotel, Areca Lodge, on each of my last six visits to Pattaya, and I've been very happy with the price, quality, fit, and service. They have always charged me 2,000 THB for 3 fine quality cotton shirts, which I think is a fair price. When I went to pick out some fabrics for some more shirts on this trip I realized that I have at least one shirt made of each of their fabrics, and I didn't want to have duplicates made since all of their shirts have lasted so well.
So I wanted to see if I could find some different shirt fabrics at another tailor, but since there are SO many tailors in town I decided to check out reviews before I went shopping. Michelle tailor on Beach Road had all 5 star reviews, so I decided to go check them out, even though I find it suspicious when all reviews of a place are perfect. I happened to walk by their store on my early morning walk, and they were open. I did find some fabrics that might work for me, although their stock of fabrics seemed a bit dated, and my salesman, after discussing what I wanted, quoted me 1,000 THB for 1 shirt, 1,800 for 2, and 2,500 for 3 shirts. I mentioned that their price was 25 percent higher than I was used to paying, and he started giving me reasons to justify their higher price. He told me that their fabrics, threads, buttons, and tailors were all of the finest quality, and if I ordered 3 shirts he would make them for 2,400 THB. I said that I would think about it for a day or two.......I wanted to check out another shop or two to see if I could find some newer, more up to date fabrics that I liked better. He really wanted me to place an order at that moment, but I really wanted to think about it.
I really didn't find any newer fabrics at other shops; it seems that every tailor must use the same supplier, so I went back to Michelle to order the 3 shirts that I had selected the day before for 2,400 THB. They wrote up the order and asked for a 50 percent deposit of 1,800 THB. I said that 50 percent of 2,400 is 1,200; not 1,800!!!! He said that the total for the 3 shirts came to 3,600 THB. I reminded him of our previous conversation, but he replied that the estimate was for an inferior grade of tailoring, buttons, fabric, and thread resulting in a shirt that would fall apart after 2 or 3 washings!!!!!!!
But, miraculously, for 50 percent more than he quoted me one day earlier, my shirts would be top quality and last nearly forever.
Needless to say, I turned around to walk out, and instead of honoring their price quote, they started yelling at me that I don't know anything about custom tailoring.
I've been wearing custom tailored clothes for almost 50 years. I've had suits, tuxedos, shirts and slacks made by some of the finest tailors in the US, Mexico City, London, and Hong Kong, so I know a bit about tailoring.
My advice is to stay away from these guys.

I was hoping to get a new suit and was recommended to visit here by a friend, I also read the reviews on here before going.Well worth the visit! There is a great range of fabrics for suits and shirts and all of great quality.Choosing was simple and the first measure took only a few minutes. Another visit the following day for the first fitting then I was able to collect the suit 2 days later after a brief check to see if everything was ok.It was perfect and fits like a glove, I already intend to order more from the UK now they have my measurement.There are cheaper options in Pattaya but just look at the quality, you will get what you pay for.I highly recommend his place, ask for Jasmine :)

I had visited Ptty with my family and was walking down Pattaya beachside when we came upon Michelle and went in to meet Ricky. We had inquired about the price and fabrics. Ricky was more than helpful, knowledgable about the fabrics. He immediately knew what we wanted and was very efficient in bringing out fabrics, moving on the next one, making suggestions but was never forceful and very polite and had even offered us some delicious dessert and cold drinks. My brother bought 3 pairs of suit at a very reasonable price. Ricky and his wife were absolutely wonderful and very helpful! I recommend anyone coming to Pattaya to visit Michelle. We got the suits on time and they were a wonderful for my brother's big build and comfortable. We will be returning for sure to buy more suits in the future. Michelle and Ricky does not disappoint !!!

Checked out reviews on trip advisor and decided to go to Michelle’s. I made the right choice!! Had a suit , trousers, shorts and shirts made. Fantastic service, quality and fit. Will definitely return when back in Pattaya .
