Don’t bother if you’re tall.
Although there is a minimum height restriction clearly marked it wasn’t until we go there and they saw how tall we are that they wouldn’t allow us on. I’m disappointed that it’s not clearly marked on the wall or in their terms and conditions.
I must say, tall people know that their legs are long and have had years to adapt. Despite being go karting over many different continents and telling them after sitting in the kart that we were comfortable with how it felt, we were still declined.

It was an interesting experience for three teenagers. We bought a package from them. First day, there was a friendly and helpful senior staff. However, we went on the second night. There was a young female staff, who threw way all the things we put on the table, I complained to her, but she asked me to pick up the things from the trashcan. What a terrible experience .

At the end of the Walking Street, it is a ten-minute walk to Patagonia's carting. Those who are interested in racing and driving with racing cars are a good place. The cost for each adult was roughly 900 baht for 15 minutes, and a lot of environments It was good and full of excitement

Beware. I caught the negative aspect of my review on camera, which is why I feel the need to document it for other tourists benefit.
All smiles and banter upon arrival and payment. Venue appears exciting and clean.
Unfortunately you cannot race against your friends. This is due to poor Kart maintenance, other racers driving like dodgem cars, and one of the Karts I used sprayed fuel all over me throughout one Lap forcing me off the track. This is where things go downhill....
The "customer service" staff, in particular one Thai woman who speaks very good english, did not want to know about any issues. Informed this staff member of the above issues, and she became extremely defensive and rude, denying she had withheld our card etc.
You are conned into buying 3 races with a 4th free, in doing so you are given a "licence" card which staff swipe via computer prior to racing to allocate your kart in the pitt lane and you are given a receipt of this each time. This staff member would not return my partners card after voicing our safety concerns after race 2. This escalated viciously-the card which had been withheld from my partner, was miraculously found by staff behind the counter while I was recording them abuse us. When the "manager" agreed to step in, we asked for refund of 2 races and he lost it, and with his own staff provoking him, he almost became physically violent and said he was calling the police-I encouraged him to do so, as when it began to escalate, I began filming in fear of further escalation(and rightly so). Waiting for over 10mins and realising he hadn't called the police, We left, went straight to our hotel and told them what happened. The hotel called the police- 4 Thai police, 2 Tourist police and the 2 duty managers for our hotel escorted us back to the venue and Easy Kart reluctantly refunded a portion of the cost.
As all the above was caught on video, not to mention how disgusting the staff at Easy kart were, I feel the need to warn others.
Warnings as follows) Immature and rude staff who do not enforce any of their 4 rules which are in place for safety. Take your safety into your own hands again if you need to escalate/complain-staff seemed happy to threaten with physical violence.
Also bear in mind, if you crash or someone crashes into you, you could be in a medical emergency with these child like con artists your only assistance. I have provided a photo of the book-in staff member as she really provoked the entire situation into a disaster. Again, Beware.

Hello,
Went there with two friends. Circuit is a dead trap. Bumps coming out the turns, road with holes and bumps.. Very VERY unsafe.
Circuit was EMPTY, cars all cold. Started to race with one car, asked again to race with the same cars (we 3, they 5 works, no other people).. they simply say no. And then we just told them the reason of the request, where they continue to say no.. get a new car on each race. Cash and go..
We clearly after the first race notice the danger of the circuit because a bad maintenance.. so we decided to don't run again under this conditions of security. Requested refund, big brawl with the staff.. typical cash&run from the staff..
Argument from them is "You have to worry by yourself about your Security".. this would clearly 100% apply if your track would not be a dangerous dead trap.
Staff throw away the tickets almost to my face when i told them we won't race under this conditions.
I had play this Karts in many cities of Thailand, when many people is racing.. all cars hot, tires hot.. is all ok. But when we are 3 only in the circuit, you are 6 staff... move 3 cars from the front is not a big deal.. having in mind that any CIVILIZED country and person who drives applies always the same concept SAFTEY FIRST!!!!!!!!!!
Your lazyness is the danger of your customers, when you refuse to provide more security & safety on a track and a car customer HAVE THE RIGHT to decide if die or not by your negligence and poor maintenance of the premises.
They argument, no refund, always random car. But such terms are not stated anywhere and not advised anywhere.
I would suggest any other track of the city besides this one with unfriendly and embarrassing staff.

Really sorry for the inconvenience, I must wonder if you were on our track and not another as we don t have dangerous bumps after turns here and karts are running and tested daily as well as European strict safety standards which we are renouned for.
Anyway go kart should be fun experience so still sorry for your uncomfortable time with it

My 2 sons aged 11 & 12 had an absolute ball so much so that I was persuaded to pay for them to go a second time.
Total cost was close to AUD $100 for 16 minutes of racing for 2 children.

Very positive experience at EASY KART in the RCA building in Bangkok in summer and October 2015, with my 3 boys, (8? rides there on 2 occasions), was the main reason to come now to Pattaya to drive on their outlet here.
BUT, also my youngest son 8, is now nearly a year taller, a (very skinny, unhealthy?) unfriendly front staff denied him the driving on the Pattaya circuit.
I was told they have a new policy to enforce the rule, min. height of the driver 1,35 without exceptions,
(Also, I saw some days later, with different front staff, a young Falang-Thai mixed girl driving, same size my youngest son)
My pleas my boy had Bangkok Easy Kart experience, was not accepted.
I asked also for a phone number so I could call the outlet in Bangkok for some advice, but no number was given to me.
I left,
did ride with the boys nearly whole week at the not so sophisticated but also cheaper Pattaya Kart Speedway, where they also rent out, much more high powered,
really 2-stroke engine Racing Karts.
BUT, I gave Easy Kart a second chance and at least my 2 older boys drove,
that day a different personal group would have possibly had led driven my smallest also, but he denied himself, stunned from the first day experience, before we could make a sitting, -fit in the cart-? test.
Instead, I made a -sitting test- and also I heavy over weight,
I fitted in the small frame seat and cart. But, that day I did not ride.
I came back next day and had again a run in and a quarrel with the same,
very skinny, a bit sick looking front desk lady.
I came only with one boy that day and said I wanted to drive also
and she said - "NO, you cannot!"
I said," why? I tried to sit yesterday and it worked is ok!",
She objected and asked me to go down to the carts = some stairs to make the seat test again.
I said, "Why again?", the staff lady said, "Because yesterday, I was not here!"
"Crazy!", I meant, "Call your staff downstairs and ask them, why I have to walk the stairs 2 times? and try sitting 2 times?"
She gave in, called, the mechanic came up and we could buy our tickets and I drove too, first time since 1998, when I drove, on the bigger, Pattaya Kart Racing circuit with much more high powered 2-stroke engines..
Have to say, my heavy weight, is not positive. My son was faster. ;-)
Anyway, that one staff member gave the whole Pattaya and Easy Kart experience a sour taste.
Meanwhile, I am in e-mail contact with one of the Easy Kart Managers in Bangkok Easy Kart and he offered me a free ride for our group there for the troubles.
I will be soon in RCA Easy Kart in Bangkok to come back to that offer. :-)

Me & my friend went their. We were travelling by our motor bike & end of Walking street we found the Easy cart. We went inside & found that they have 2 type of cars - 1 with 40 KM speed & other one with 70 KM speed. So we choose for 70 KM. For each race of 8 minutes, you have to pay 650 Bhat or you can book 4 race of 8 minutes each & pay for 3 race & get a T=shirt free. We found later one good deal as we love speed. So we tried 2 race 1st day & another 2 race next day. You can use the race as & when you want with validity of 3 month. So book it & enjoy the speed race. 1st or 2nd race will be difficult as you need to understand the track after that you will know more about the track & go faster. Last race i went for 10 Laps with a average speed of 47.12 Seconds. The fastest lap is 41-42 seconds. If you do 8-10 race than you can also finish by 42-44 seconds.

We were 3 male adults (with longbterm driving experience) riding the "big" circle with speed limit of 70kmh. The circle is not at all exciting but just ok and after a handful of rounds it becomes extremely boring. The price-value relationship is terrible. We paid just about 2000.- baht for one person (6000.- baht or about 200.-$ for 3 person). What we received was 3 rounds x 8 minutes plus a so called "bonus round"! So...about 65.-$ per person for 32 minutes....what a rip-off! Needless to say that the place was almost deserted and this during the peak season (2pm, on a Sunday during January 2012). On another note we must say that the actual Karts are old and outdated if compared to any such Kart circle in Europe where you will receive professional Karts with Recaro seats and overolls etc..
What we really did not like was the very unfriendly and somewhat rude receptionist. We could not understand the bonus round concept as it is a bit confusion the way it is written on the price board and she ot immediatly inoyed with us and talking to her co-worker in Thai without adds sing our questions. This lady is not good for the business ...however she does speak good English! I did tell her that she has a real bad customer service attitude and she somewhat said "sorry"...however the damage was done!
Another observation was the dirty surroundings in the seating gallery. The steel roof beams are so dirty and the furniture is extremely uncomfortable with plastic chairs which may cost 5.-$ to buy! The drinks are also outragesly overpriced...small Chang beer bottle 120.- baht or about 4.-$. We also asked for a Cappucino but they say "no have" ...only Espresso!!? When we looked in the menu it was indeed only Espresso available besides the factbthatbtheybhave a professional machine behind the counter. The one and only waitress was also not at all service minded as she was busy brushing her long her in front of the handful of guests. What a badly run outlet!
Needless to say that we do not recommend nor will we be back to "Easy Kart Pattaya"!

Is it free to enter to watch? My kid is not old enough to race but she definitely would want to see the track.

The cost is not cheap. The basic package for the adult course is 1,200 bhat for two sessions. The more sessions you purchase the lower the price per race depending on how long you will stay local. The sessions are apx 10 minutes. Best to go when there are other people to race.

I don't remember the exact price but yeah it was cheap. There are two type of tracks: pro and amateur. You don't need any lisence for go karting. It is fulled with joy. Hope it helps😄 Enjoy your trip.
