We had a great day on the mountain! The jungle, the views, the zip lining and the over all experience was all great and the staff there really took good care of us and were very friendly. I like when it's just to book and then nothing else to think about, they picked us up, we had an amazing experience, we got food, we got water and they took us back again, full service. Excellent!

Will you have a great time? Definitely. Zipping from one tree to another is fun on its own, but the wonderful staff make this a standout attraction. They are full of friendly smiles, laughs, and a few surprises (but no spoilers here).

Will you be safe? Absolutely. While in the trees and on the platforms, you are always tethered. The crew goes by the book, but does it all in stride. This allows everyone to relax and enjoy the experience.

Is it good for a group of friends or family? Certainly. There were five of us with an age difference ranging over thirty years.

Is the scenery interesting? If you ever had a treehouse (or longed for one as a child), this is the place for you. The architecture of the platforms, stairs, and bridges within the towering trees was fascinating.

Now swing into adventure!

Husband had a go on this while I had my feet firmly planted on the ground. We came across Canopy Adventures by doing a 'near me now' search on Trip Advisor and it came up as being about 5 km from the middle of Pattaya (Walking Street).

For 2200baht per person participating and 1400 baht per spectator we were picked up from our hotel at noon and dropped off at 7.30pm. The zip lining itself went for about an hour to an hour and a half and the rest is travel time and collecting guests from different hotels. The tour company had a proper 12 seater van and spoke Thai, English and Russian.

Husbands feedback is its a great experience but he wouldn't recommend sacrificing most of your day travelling to go there unless you had a day spare. It was a bit misleading coming up as being alot closer than what it was.

A light afternoon snack of fried rice, soup, salad and fruit was included in the price. Other snacks and drinks were available to purchase for reasonable prices. Lockers were provided to leave valuables in while you're zip lining. Cameras are welcome and if you bring your own go pro camera you'll be given a helmet with bracket to do your own filming.

A word of advice though: dress as if you're going to swing from trees hundreds of metres above ground level! Half the people there wore thongs and had them tied to their feet, as did the ladies wearing strapless wedges. Ladies, this isn't sunbathing. Wear a bra and sensible clothes. No matter how sexy you might think you are no one wants to see your flabby bits flying at them metres above the ground at 50km's an hour! Runners, knee length shorts and a t-shirt with sleeves would be perfect. I thought it would go without saying but dresses, bikinis and thongs aren't suitable zip lining attire and wearing a stupid fake Prada handbag isn't either- you'll waste yours and everyone else's time fiddling with your bits so think in advance about your days activities and choice of clothing.

The 4wd to the top is rough as guts but great fun.

We bought two tickets via TA & Viator night before, paid and confirmed, and money deducted from our account. Continued to check emails no email regarding any issues. The company never turned up; our hotel tried to call on the number listed through TA and Viator; numbers not connected. Tried again to view e-ticket/voucher, which I accessed the night before and took a screen shot of, and it now states it’s not available due to an amendment and in Viator it states it has been canceled. Very disappointing; not only to have lost money but wasted time on our holiday waiting around and trying to get refunded, with no clear information/options on TA or Viator regarding the refund process in this situation. Put a dampener on the trip.

We have made a booking for two on 2July 2017. In the email it have stated that we should wait in the lobby in 12.40pm. After waited for one hour we tried to call the given contact from the website and the email. We tried calling all numbers and the numbers are invalid/no such number/out of service. We tried email but there's no reply too. We have come to a conclusion that this website is a scam. Hope this info helps.

Travelled down to Pattaya with my son so that we could do the zip lines. Last year I had a blast riding the different lines with my other son so I was excited to do the tour with my other son. When we got to Pattaya, I emailed Rainforest Canopy and one of the owners, Rocky to set up a tour. Never heard back from them. Looked on website and no mention of the business being closed. Frustrating because it was the only real reason to head to Pattaya versus other destinations in Thailand. A simple notice on website or autoresponder on email would have been helpful stating they were closed.

My partner and I really enjoyed ourselves with the crew from Canopy Adventures (Pattaya). There were friendly, informative, patience, professional and very funny. They kept playing pranks on us, because obviously these guys have too much time on their hands haha.
They picked us up at 9am and then we were transferred to a big ute up through the hilly rainforest where we did our zipline induction. The hike to the top conquered me a few times but once we were there, it was all fun was then on. What followed after was a beautiful lunch provided by the tour group at a cafe on the foot hills. :) Would recommend this adventure group to anyone.

I just returned from a fantastic trip to Thailand and the highlight was a day of zip lining at Canopy Adventures in Rayong, outside of Pattaya. The operation is as professional and safe as you can possibly get in the middle of the Thai jungle. Having never done anything like this previously, I initially steeled myself for a terrifying experience. Boy, was I wrong! I cannot remember the last time I had such a great time. The guides are excellent - watching your every move and insuring you are constantly harnessed and safety anchored. They bend over backwards - quite literally, to make sure you have a terrific time. One of the guides playfully put two leaves into my helmet and jokingly called me "batman" as he was taking pictures and videos of me, with my iPhone, while I was zipping around. This operation is exceptional. They pick you up at your hotel, provide instruction, a safety briefing, personal, hands-on guides, lots of laughs and thrills, an amazing meal afterward and a roundtrip ride back to your hotel for one ridiculously low price. You will want to tip your guide well afterward, because they work incredibly hard and take great care of you. These guides are seasoned, trained, professionals who make their client's safety and enjoyment their highest priority. The entire operation is pristine and gorgeous. The woodwork, platforms, cables and equipment are like new. I would recommend this for families, singles, even elderly people who can easily walk up several flight of stairs! Canopy Adventures makes sure you have a memorable visit and by the end of the day, you feel like one of the family.

We had a cable ride for our kids in Wyoming, which went from a tree house to an aspen grove, maybe about 300 feet long, this was the perfect preparation for the spirit of flying which exists in our family. The flying in the thick forests of Kao Yai Da is covered with vines, rocks, monkeys (some), lizards and is a great eco trip where your footprint is minimal. The guys that put this ride together had a brilliant vision of how to contain the space they use and give you some of the beautiful views we have seen in Thailand. We went prior to Christmas so it is drier then and the rivers and ponds leading the trail and dry (good and bad). You first take a 4 wheel jeep over very rough terrain to get to the base of the mountain. A small hike up. Another climb up ladders and you are in the thick of it. You get strapped in (after good instructions) by a very professional group of guides and caretakers and off you go across twelve spans of the most beautiful jungle you have seen. It is an adrenaline rush and even my wife who needed assistance on some spans, got it from this talented team. There is nothing disneylandish about this ride, it is the real thing. The last span is the longest in Asia and really one of the most beautiful which a wide sweeping view of the valley below. Some spans are fast other slow but you are always protected, so no issues with safety. Would recommend everybody to do this RIDE.
