To get the real flavor of their cultural and lifestyle, you should visit the floating market. Morning business in these floating markets are a true experience. They sell fresh produce, eatables, flowers and lot of other things. A must visit

I have written many tripadvisor reviews and always try to remain as neutral as possible seeing both the good and the bad and every attraction and every hotel. In this case there is no good; don’t bother wasting your time or money going to Pataya...More

A decent array of shops and foods available, but far too much tourist tat to feel much different from the airport departure lounge. It's a tourist trap. If you seek a genuine Thai market experience, this is a bad place to start.

It’s a good place for shopping. You will get many local shops here. You can buy traditional art, T shirts and souvenirs. Boat ride is must, good experience. There is a Ganesha Temple inside market.

I thought this was basically a copy of the floating market in Damnoen Saduak but on a smaller scale. You can cruise around in a boat or walk around the market or both. A boat will cost more though. There are many places to eat...More

The market looks beautiful and has lots to see. However be prepared to pay as this is a tourist draw. Entrance is 200 baht per person and if you want river ride isles 800 baht per person. Not huge amount but seems high to go...More

Foreigner entry fee is 200 baht. Not really worth it. If you want to see a genuine market, there are dozens about. It's nothing more than a tourist trap selling tourist rubbish priced far above normal market prices. After... More

Hello Abu Salim, Sorry for the late reply. I have been away from the computer too long :( As Pattaya City is large - from any point a taxi drive would be between 20-30 minutes. It is true. Traffic is busy and parking... More
