Great job! The producers should be proud.
This 90 minutes impressive grand show performs at SINGHA D’LUCK Cinematic Theatre, the notable glittering building that looks levitate in air!
Theme of the show is about the adventure of a young man (Mr.Kaan) who fell into the fantasy world of Thai literature through the book and his quest to collect all parts of the broken key which brought him back home.
Every scenes are magnificent. All dedicated performers are amazing. For ones who used to read Thai literature, that's really hits home! (For ones who don't, this show is still awesome).
Taking photo is not allowed during the show, but ones can take some photos with performers and scenes after the show (extra 100 bath/person with unlimited photos). Furthermore, there are many cutie souvenirs sold in the shop.
Luckily, there was a promotion "buy 1 get 1 free" at the time when we attended (best value, should follow their facebook to find some promotion).
A big thumbs up to this 5 stars world-class show ! Truly recommend.

Kaan is a wonderful story about a boy and his adventures. Great use of props and technology to really bring the story to life.International standard has acrobats, elephants, special effects, giant robot flying monsters aerial performers all done to a traditional Thai mythological story with a few modern gags thrown in.
Do not miss this show when in pattaya excellent show for the family and all ages including adults who will enjoy it also.

Overall: (NB spoilers)
- Great venue and facilities but unfortunately not completed with a solid show. Lacks lustre and finesse in story telling. Tries to compensate with theatrics and special effects without a solid backbone.
General:
- Storyline/narrative was the main problem - though this show had a lot of promise/potential. I like how it has many traditional Thai stories in one, but felt that you did not get to know the characters well enough to feel attachment. It lacked all character development which is detrimental to any show without 10/10 routines.
- Every scene was too "high energy" (meaning there was no climax or breathing space). I think slower scenes actually bring out the high energy scenes better
- The cinematic/projections were quite dim and could have been brighter. Ending was rushed much like the rest of the show.
- Everything just seemed too rushed; especially when the robot came out
Storyline:
- tells a tale of Kaan, a man who opens magical fantastical traditional story-lands and fantasy worlds to retrieve parts of a broken key; which when put together will bring him home
- great premise but not sewn together well as above
Favourite part:
- Alligator man was fantastic, and this fight sequence was done well.
Song/Dance:
- no singing
- choreography for sequences not bad, although I was unsure about how effective the mermaid girls were in the 'bowl of water' sequence
Costuming:
- I think Thailand does costuming well, and this show did bring out some great costuming
Props/Set:
- Combines theatre with cinema so a lot of the background was completed by projection
- unfortunately projection was quite dim
- props were OK, though there weren't a lot
Special effects:
- I think this is what the show focused on the most - both the cinematic effects, as well as fire, water, glitz and glamour
- they had a lot of variation which was fun
Venue:
- nice modern theatre, comfortable
Pre/post-show ambience:
- this was actually done quite well, with a great ticketing office, store, eatery and some pre-show
Price:
- very reasonable (I got a 2 for 1 special)
Improvements:
- I think this could have benefited so much by stretching the show from <1hour to 1.5 hours, giving some times for you to get to know Kaan and his monkey friend (of which was meant to be fun and cute but you just saw him as someone who gets caputred and runs around). Some slower scenes with the characters would help to break up the constant battling.

Won't say too much. Money well spent. Won't spoil anything. Get a nice central seat. The cheapest seats are excellent. The most expensive seats a bit wider and a bit further away from the action. The two middle price tiers not recommended.

They dont do live shows like this in the UK! Mesmerisingly different to say the least! Imagine a far eastern Harry Potter/LOTR type adventure crammed into 1hr 45mins of visual wonderment! If you like stage shows & you're staying in Pattaya it would be a shame to miss it!! Highly recommended!
