Good hike, good waterfall, no sandals!

First of all do not wear sandals! You can but it'll be tough. It's a bit of a tough hike over roots and rocks. Not a well groomed trail by any means. It's about a 30 minute hike... read more

Upon arriving, several stalls sell drinks and snacks, be sure to grab some. When we started our trip up, a few people came down telling us there was no flow at the top. Apparently there is a big tube squirting water into the pools lower down, to create the pools during dry season. We went back down, paid a visit... More

It is an interesting climb to the top, do not wear thongs wear runners. The walk up in the heat is worth it, water is available on the way way up and the swim at the top,is wonderfull.

First of all do not wear sandals! You can but it'll be tough. It's a bit of a tough hike over roots and rocks. Not a well groomed trail by any means. It's about a 30 minute hike up to the falls so make sure you bring some water. Good hike overall and the water was rushing. It's a good... More

A series of streams and a waterfall where you can come and go as you wish. I did not meet any pushy sales people just folk from all over the world taking in the huge amount of water that was coming down. Proper shoes a must for the hike. You should come here; You want to encounter fresh water streaming... More

When I opted for information about waterfalls, this one came in first in the list of all the travel agents. Although I got there without any help from the local operators I was kind of heartbroken to have what was in front. It is nothing in comparison to some of the other waterfalls that are in the island. Gets absolutely... More

It might well of been the time of year we visited (the rain season) however upon visiting this waterfall, we felt a little let down. It wasn't quite what we expected based on the information provided on here. However it was still an adventure all the same. Would I recommend it, probably not. It's not quite like many googled oasis's... More

If you can be bothered to go here, make sure it is at the end of the rainy season, because we went at the end of the dry season and there was but a small trickle of water.

This waterfall is tucked away secluded beauty. After arriving there is a 30 minute trek through the jungle. This trek has challenging terrain that will get your heart rate up. It is a track that is barely used and covered in roots and rocks. But it is a beautiful hike! (However, this may be too much of a challenge for... More
