I went on a trip to Koh Samui earlier this year with my wife and her friends and their husbands. We stayed at Baan Chaweng Beach resort right next door to Mr Sims shop and saw his "Best Tailor in Koh Samui" signs as we were walking up to the town centre every day. I went in with my wife... More

Our experience from Sim Armani was largely positive. We were not heckled into the store, rather recommended from another friend and prior customer. The shop owner was very accommodating to our tight schedule and in all we had 4 suits, 3 trousers, 2 skirts and 7 shirts made in just under a couple of days for a very reasonable price.... More

On our first day in Ko Samui, we walked past this shop and the guy outside yelled to get us in. We said no, we had found suits elsewhere. But for the rest of our visit, he continued to harass us and at times physically grab us and pull us into his store quite aggressively, screaming out "John!" (none of... More

If you find yourself buying a suit from Mr Sim Salabim "Armani" just off Beach Rd in Koh Samui, do two things: 1. Punch him in the scrotum 2. Punch yourself in the scrotum He's a seasoned scammer and will only do about 50% of what he says he will do. Funny guy though.

A Maori , a german and a Jew walked into this suit store and walked out very very happy, between us we bought 3 suits and a couple of jacket. After a couple of fittings and a couple of beers we all walked out very happy customers. Don't trust the guys down the road. jimmy at Armani is number one.

I bought 2 suits, 5 shirts and an overcoat for a very very cheap price. All was tailored and what I loved was that Sim isn't the salesman that you see across most of Thailand. Most the time he is just inside his shop and is happy to give advise which is a refreshing change. The tailoring took just over... More

Stay away from this shop, they are scammers, pratically everything about it is fake. The logo is stolen, the certificates are fake. You will not get what you ordered, if you get anything. Go straight to police if there is any trouble. There are good and professional tailors out there but an increasing number are scammers. Just do some proper... More
