We visited silverbeach while staying at the Le Meridien. About a 15min walk to the beach. We took the snorkel gear and had a look around. Plenty of fish to see near the rocks. Small beach, but the day we were there, there was plenty...More

Possibly the best but the least known beach of Ko Samui, clear waters with a nice little stretch of clean beach perfect to chill or get a sun tan in peace, there are pubs, restaurants, massage.....what else do you need. Been to Lamai beach, Chaweng...More

There are are not many pubs and restaurants. You can walk along the short stretch of beach or enjoy drinks at Silver Beach Resort. Sand is softer than Chaweng or Lamai Beach. More peaceful.

Silver Beach is about 300m-long tropical beach paradise set in a charming little bay facing northeast located just north of Lamai Beach, at the foothills and cliffs separating Lamai from the more popular Chaweng area on the east coast of Koh Samui. Silver Beach hosts...More

Spent a whole day here found it with advice from my hotel. Clear clean water and soft white sand and plenty of cheap places to grab some food and drinks. Plenty of shade and not overly busy. This is one of the best beaches on...More

Small picturesque beach with nice sand, clear water and plenty of shade. Only complaint is that there are a lot of sharp rocks in the water so have to find area without or wear shoes.

Best beach in Koh Samui (in our opinion) and we spent a lot of time at beaches! This quant small cove is special and well worth the visit regardless of where you are staying. There are several places to eat, big trees on the beach...More

Another smaller beach area, popular for those seeking to get away from the larger beach areas. Several resorts and restaurants located here. Another beach for those looking to get away from the bar areas of Chawang or Lamai.

The Instagram pics you see of people in Samui...this is the beach! Clear, blue waters, white powder sand, tanned beach bums laying about. We stayed at one of the resorts on this beach for 5 nights & wished we could've stayed longer. Only 1 day...More

you really need to get on a boat and visit the islands. generally there is no good off-beach snorkelling in Koh Samui. same goes for Kao Lak - you need to go to the Similan or Surin islands.
