Jack was able to make our bus trip reservations on the VIP bus from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai, and print them out within maybe 30 minutes. Nominal service charge. Jack speaks good English. They do many types of tours in the area, Office is conveniently located on Huay Kaew about 1 block W of the mall, KSK. Knowledgeable and personable.
