We were picked up by Air from our apartment and driven to the market for an informative visit about fresh thai ingredients before heading to his kitchen for our cooking class. We found the place well organized, very clean and roomy. Food hygiene is clearly a top priority for Air, a huge change from our street food tour the day... More

My husband and I enjoyed this very much. Mr Air was a very good host and teacher, a walking resource. We first had a morning visit to the market and learnt a lot about basic Thai ingredients. The cooking lesson was fun and relaxed. We even got written directions as to wear to buy most of the ingredients around town.... More

A visit to the local market is absolutely mind boggling. A walk around his garden where some ingredients are grown. A lesson in the open air (but undercover) kitchen with an inspired chef who has the passion. Truly not to be missed. We shall be returning for more, especially when the new accomadation is up and running. 5 star.

Air knows a lot about food and he knows a lot about tourists in Thailand. So his combination of both into Air's Thai Culinary Kitchen makes it a perfect match. First Air picks you up at your hotel and then he takes you to the market explaining things and the local customs of the market. He is very knowledgeable. After... More

A great experience, starting with fabulous market trip, really interesting and then on to the school. A great kitchen layout, very professional. Long time talking about ingredients before cooking, and good choice of everyone's favourites to make - Tom yum, green curry and pad Thai, of course. Good instruction, delicious results. Would have liked to make the actual curry paste... More

Air picked us up for what we thought was just a cooking class but it was much more than that and is one of the highlights of our trip. The market tour provides a great opportunity to learn more on the foods you'll be preparing and lots more. Air's kitchen is beautifully set up and facilities are clean and comfortable.... More

Air was amazing the moment we met him. His attitude toward life as well as his impressive knowledge of Thai culinary is exactly what we hoped for. He brought us to a local market and explained how it all works and the more we asked the more we learned. He brings you to his home kitchen studio which is outdoors... More

An authentic Thai experience. Though it was 12 months ago, it seems like yesterday! Collected from our hotel one sunny morning by a smiling Air, we were taken to the local produce market - fascinating to see. We then travelled to Air's home and open-air kitchen. The class was hands on and excellent. The bonus was chatting to our host... More

Our day with Air was certainly one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. The whole experience was wonderful, from the visit to the local market (of which we were the only non locals there), to Air's expansive outdoor kitchen and the information he share along along the way. Air certainly made our time with him memorable and was... More

Air and his cooking class are both incredible. He is a fun, engaging character and he is very good at what he does. The experience is hands-on, but not too difficult. The visit to the market is fun and interesting. Air's facilities are spacious, spotless, and open-air. I can't recommend this experience enough.. if you are considering a cooking class... More
