There is a 1000 years old Budda brought from Sri Lanka by one of the previous Thai Kings. Certainly worth visiting while in the city.

Very nice Temple. Easy to find. Highly recommend that you go there very very very early in the morning and hear the monks chanting. It is an amazing experience.

You need to come by when you are in Chiangmai. It is right in the old city area. From here you could just walk around and visit the near by market and other neighboring temples. All beautiful. I love its architecture.
