I trained here for 1 week while staying in Chiang Mai. I did both the morning and afternoon sessions. The morning class was a little shorter and there were often a lot less people, but this was good as I got a lot of one-to-one time with the trainers. The afternoon session is pretty tough, especially if you've already been... More

Trained there 1.5 week, i was little dissapointed morning session, not so many people in morning, got my pad work but after that did everything myself. Afternoon session was great, many people 3 hours nonstop training include pad work, bag work, clinching, sparring- depents what day is and after that group training-push ups, pull ups etc. Overall have to say... We did 5 morning trainings there from 6h30 to 9h00! It's pretty intense and the people there are serious. The trainers are nice, you need to do what they say, but if you do so, you get to "fight" against them and it's so much fun! We were sad to go, we would have loved to stay there longer! The... More

I was here yesterday, training time 3 hour if you have enough energy to do it, but is very flexible, just do what ever you wanna do, they don't push you. For the beginner may be little confuse, what to do, but the keys just don't be shy follow the other for starching and worming up. And tell them if... More

I have trained Muay Thai in England for many years and always dreamed of training in Thailand. I visited the gym to see if and when I could train. All members I met were very friendly and very welcoming. My training session was great, feeling like I have learnt a lot. It's not the fanciest gym, but that didn't effect... More

I have practiced Muay Thai for well over a decade. I have trained in a few gyms in Thailand as well as in other countries. I am a competent padman with plenty of experience. I came here for a session since I was in Chiang Mai, as my trainer back in England trained here years ago and it had a... More

I did not properly prepare myself for intense training. They started us with a 1 mile run and 20 min of jump rope..... I was thinking that the training time for beginners was distinct from real fighters. Nope. It was so hot and I was so dehydrated, which was not a good combo. Also, they really make you work. Not... This was easily one of my favourite things I did in Chiang Mai. It was a legit gym, but the one trainer took an entire two hours to work with myself and another beginner. This experience has 100% gotten me interested in continuing with Muay Thai (or possibly another form or martial arts) when I return home. Thank you soooo... More

If you want to train for real this is the place. Not set up to be a tourist entertainment center. Real fighters doing real training. You can go at your own pace. If you are hardcore and in training the staff here can certainly take your skill set up. If you just want to take off some weight and get... More

I have trained here for a month in 2008 and 2012. I fought each time there and had a really good relationship will all the trainers. It feels like a small family and everyone is very caring to one another. The training is hard, but they will break down the simplest of techniques for beginners, yet they have the experience...
