This was such a fun time! Pim was awesome and we cooked the most authentic Thai dishes. The groups are kept small so you have a more intimate experience and can have fun meeting and interacting with new people. The class is long, about 4-5 hours - you cook and eat in between courses. It was fun also going to... More

Booked this class as it was small groups which suited us. We were picked up and taken to the markets to buy ingredients and learn about local produce. We were also given choices for the type of dishes we were cooking. The cooking itself didn't disappoint and Pim and Wan kept a close eye on us as some hadn't used... More

I've been here last week because i was really interested in Thai cuisine. The school is fun and easy to find, the teachers are all good and you get the opportunity to understand a little about Thai food. I can really recommend this school to everyone whom will be visiting in Chiang Mai.

Amazing place- Pim (hope I spelt it right) was the most awesome teacher always encouraging and showing us what to do. Her knowledge of the food and cooking methods was exceptional. The school is great and really clean. They pick you up from your hotel and take you to a great little food market and tell you all about different... More

We took a morning class with our two kids, aged 9 & 10. They did not cook but were allowed to help out in the kitchen and eat the food with us for free, which was great. The staff are very friendly and informal, and they make sure everyone has a good time during the day. The lessons are very... More

Such a great cooking class. It was interesting, i loved going to the markets and learning about thailand produce, apple was great she was fun, very knowledgable and a great cooking instructor. The food was so yum and good choice of thai cuisine and the complimentary cook book was a great way to finish the night.

Cracking day cooking up a storm in the kitchen under the superb tutelage of Apple, who enthusiastically had the whole class making great food . Absolutely stuffed to bursting after six delicious courses: Tom Yum Kung, Pad Thai, Pa-nang Curry, Stir-fried prawns with tamarind sauce (my favourite!), Papaya Salad and, finally, Deep-fried Banana with ice-cream, can't wait to try them... Can't say enough about it. We didn't want to spend a full day at cooking class. Although I've heard that school is great too. This class is 4 hours long and well worth it. Our instructor was amazing and really funny. Gave great insight into Thai culture. And you get a go to the Thai market and ask as many... More

This was such a fun night! I was the lone Canadian with a bunch of equally friendly Americans and we had the best time sharing food and stories. A very entertaining market tour preceded our 6-dish class, led by the school's owner Tom. Tom is full of good humour and great stories and even let us send out his lovely... More
