Basil Cookery School was the perfect way to dive into Thai culture, and have a hands-on experience on our trip. We got to make six different authentic dishes, which was incredible. The teacher was excellent, and could handle teaching the three different dishes at once....More

Had a marvellous cooking lesson and experience, the market visit and cooking ingredients introduction was a good bonus. My personal favourite are panang curry, prawn cooked with tamarind sauce and the black sticky rice dessert. A big thank you to Dew and team.

So glad that we booked this class. Fun experience & very nicely picked menu - in which was everything pretty simple, but still super tasty. Highly recommend.

Our instructor Dew and his crew were amazing. First we learned about ingredients in the market and then cooked amazing dishes with their help. Learned so much and enjoyed a lot.
