This is build for the refuges of Myanmar. They make handicrafts to sell. They make money out of their hard work and art.

Our EXO Guide took us to the craft centre of the hill tribe people including those who are refugees from Myanmar producing their hand made crafts. The women who wear metallic bracelets around their necks to stretch them, seemed cruel, but that is their tradition. Educational more than anything else.
