Visiting this temple was a waste of our money and time. There were donation boxes and shops EVERYWHERE, even inside the supposed most holy area of the temple. We were told to remove our shoes and observe a couple of other things as a sign...More

People going on about the stairs... not sure if I walked up a different set, but honestly if you are of average fitness and have some water, you'll be fine...I was expecting way worse after reading reviews on here😂.

It's very nice! The view as well. Around the temple is a tiny market where you can get something to eat and drink.

We mistaken visited this way on a Sunday, and I thought it would be busy , but although a lot of people it was very ordily and calm, typical Thai, going to pray to their Budda, a great experience and beautiful view from the mountains.

If you are looking to see a temple (wat) that is better or just as good as Doi Sutep, this is not it. However, it was very enjoyable, picturesque and was well worth visiting.

This temple was my favorite of all the temples, it is high up in the mountain and the view is breath taking so much to see here and so much shopping. This is a must. I had a great time.

I have never walked up so many stairs. However, so worth it. Those stairs although breathing taking were savage to walk up. If you are not about that life you can drive there. At the top is a temple with lots of areas to visit...More
