I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Chiang Mai! We did the morning cooking class, so we were picked up from our hotel, and when we arrived there was coffee waiting for us. Our trip to the market was a highlight because our extremely knowledgeable instructor showed us a number of fruits, vegetables, and spices that are used in... More

Came here last month with my partner, while visiting Chiang Mai. We made so so much food. One of the quotes on the schools wall says something about leaving pregnant.... I felt between 9 months and beginning of labour I was that full! You make full sixe portions... Was amazing! Went to the market and shown the ingredients used, made... More

This is highly recommended. I never cook in my life but this is fun to do it. I love Thai food so it's very nice to know how they cook their meal. They are very helpful and fun. I really enjoy it. Book it. You can do half day or full day.

If you are looking for a fun date night, this is definitely worth it. We did the 4:30-8:30 experience which started in the market (like all the cooking classes do) talking about the different ingredients we were going to use. You then get about 15 minute to look around - we bought some premade curry paste mixes that are hard... More

For the cost of little more than a good dinner we had a great meal that we cooked from scratch. We were introduced to family recipes that we took home. We went to the market to buy fresh ingredients and to learn the essentials of a good curry. We made soup, curry paste ( i had no idea how that... More

We went to the full day course today abs had a great time. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the cooking centre. We got to choose 7 dishes and we're then taken to the market where all the different ingredients were introduced and what they were used in was explained. After arriving back at the cooking... More

Art is the best cooking teacher I ever known. I learn so much from him. Perfect course for a fair price! You have to do it! Enjoy!

I signed up for the shorter version cooking class in the morning back in late June of 2015. I really enjoyed the experience. I did this with a couple friends, but could easily enjoy this as a solo traveler as well. We were grouped at the stove tops by our food choices, so all my cooking time was with other... More
