they should provide with head caps , ear gear , and gloves to enjoy. their minium gear is a just a ploy to get the crowd out fast. Snow world Dubai , much better.

Snow town is good experience in scorching heat of bangkok.inside temperature is -5 and difficult to stay inside for longer time.
They give very light jacket to cover yourself and gum shoes to wear .the jacket is not that supportive to hold such high temperature.snow town could have been made in more better way but it has very less activities inside.just one sleigh ride that all you have to carry your own sleigh upside and then the helper will push you down.good place for kids .make sure they are fully layered.

We luckily went there before it closed on 31 July during our visit in Bangkok. Since it was closing, we went there for 2 days. It was a good place for kids to experience snow in a not too cold environment. Another snow town in Dream World is too cold, at -5°C. Hope someone will re-open the same soon.

Facility is indeed run down with a bit of safety issues. However the kids will definitely loved it. There's indoor playground and onsen. Remember to bring a set of extra clothes and gloves

Ridiculous amount of money to stand on shaved ice (1950 baht for 2 adults and 1 child including) We spent a total of 10 minutes and got bored. If there was a way of having a look inside 1st before deciding to pay to use the snow area, we would never have gone in.

The only good thing about this place that it is cool (~10 C). Its a shaved ice rather than powder snow. Kids should enjoy especially its their first time interacting with snow.
Beware of dirty and musky rental jackets and boots. Like never been washed.
Sadly the facilities also dont justify the price. With worn out gaming area, play area, and underattended counters.
Its quite expensive for what we should get / expect.
Not rally a tourist trap, but definitely not going back again.

I took my kids here and yes they have snow on the ground. But the snow shower was actually soapy foam!! Also it was heavily understaffed, you need to rent sledges, jackets etc. inside. For the facilities they provide and the facilities they rope you into renting inside, I don't find this a good place to visit unless you never saw snow before.
the staff were not that friendly.
My kids enjoyed their time anyway.

I went with my kids ages 14 down till 4 and they had a blast. The temperature inside is not that cold so leave your heavy coats behind and perhaps let the kids wear jeans Because they’re sure going to fall on the snow and soak their cloths. We probably spent two to three hours and the kids were upset to leave.

I haven’t been in SC of Singapore, but if you have kids who are 12 and under they’re guaranteed to have a great time.

Hi
I’m going to visit this place with my kids. Is it possible to watch the kids playing in the snow playground from the surrounding restaurants? And I tried to find the list of the restaurants but couldn’t find one. The website is in thai language. Anyone can help?

Hi
Is the snow playground really surrounded by restaurants? Can we watch the kids playing snow while eating in the restaurant? I’m trying to search for the list of the restaurants but couldn’t find it anywhere. I read a lot of bad reviews about the snow playground but how about the restaurants?
Thank you for the help

The restaurants are all low quality/high priced. Yea you can watch the kids and play along side them.

Hi
Is there any website selling the tickets? Or should we just go straight and buy the tickets there?

I would advise go buy tickets at counter. As when I followed the website and reached there, the staff said it closed on weekday around 8 pm.She told me to check out their Facebook most updated timing. So ended up we went back the next day in order not to disappoint my kids.
