We booked TransferBKK for a ride from Bangkok airport to the hotel and back and were fully satisfied with the service as well as the politeness. Very good and friendly communication by WhatsApp and phone…even in the middle of the night when we faced an issue with the check-in and it wasn’t sure if we will be able to fly at the planned time - we asked if the pick-up time could be changed to be earlier and it worked out very well. Exellent reliable service. Used it noth ways from and to BKK airport. Exact instructions where to meet the driver. Clean and roomy car. Drivers are quite and polite and not chatting on the phone all during the drive like in Taxis.

No nonsense no fuss transport to the hotel from the airport. The van was a bit old and tatty inside but comfortable enough. They contacted us well ahead of time by WhatsApp so everything was super smooth, they sent photos of which exit and what waiting area. We used them for the return to the airport as well and arranged via WhatsApp. The van used was much nicer for this trip.

Both drivers waited there before the scheduled time. The drivers were friendly and did a good job. Also both cars were as booked and in good condition. Water was offered for free. No payment for the transfer in advance. You pay directly (in cash) to the driver at the end of the trip. We can give a full recommendation for this company!

We are a family of 3 with a baby and Dawin has been very helpful with arranging our transfers from Bangkok airport to Hua Hin, back to the city and to the airport again. We also requested our baby car seat to be rear facing and all the drivers on his team were great! Pricing is reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend their service! Just to note: We wanted to also arrange a last minute transfer in Bangkok to the Safari but they did explain they don’t have enough cars to help with day trips and are only doing airport transfers. It would be best to check with them early!

Such a great and reliable company! We booked a transfer to and from our hotel in Bangkok with Transfer BKK because they offer rear-facing baby car seats. The communication was easy, the drivers friendly and punctual. We felt super safe for us and our baby and would always book with them again.

We have used Transferbkk for four visits to Thailand, each time using four airport transfers (16 times in total). Dawin's drivers have always been prompt and ready and waiting for us. On our last holiday we had to rearrange some journeys because of flight changes but there was no problem in changing the pick-up dates and times. The drivers have all been very helpful and polite. They drive in a safe manner and we always feel safe and secure. The cars are comfortable, spacious and clean and we were provided with drinking water on every journey. It is a pleasure to use this company and we will certainly use them again for our next holiday.
