What an experience! Had a very warm welcome from K. Nok, K.Sinead, and K.Sam who showed us the relaxation zone to prepare for our treatment. Then K.May and K. Nan came to greet us and brought us to the couple room. We had the Garden of England Rose Restore Massage and it really felt out of the world. We felt so pampered and welcomed that we didnt want it to stop. Definitely will be back again!

I had a great experience at ELEMIS SPA. The team are professional, polite and the welcoming was very warm. I had a body scrub followed by a deep tissue massage. The therapist was very kind and careful. I really enjoyed the SPA!

The service was efficient, timely, and very welcoming. The staff, atmosphere and services are absolutely phenomenal! Everyone was very kind and it’s such a nice, quiet and clean place to relax. I felt so pampered and would absolutely recommend this spa. .

The spa is just amazing! From the moment you arrive until the moment you relax at the incredible relaxation area, the whole experience is flawless! A very special mention to the therapist Khun Fon, who took care of me - I experienced a 60-minute ELEMIS Garden of England Rose Restore Massage followed by 60-minute ELEMIS Superfood Pro-Radiance facial.
A must go and must do!

Loved my experience at the St Regis Elemis Spa. We were going to book our usual spots at Panpuri (Gaysorn) and the Park Hyatt, but they were both fully booked. Luckily we're weren't punished for our last minute (lack of) planning after all...We started with Thai massages, and it was better than I expected. Then we opted for a facial and stomach meridian massage with the visiting therapist, or should I say healer! He travels the region, and he's amazing. My husband and I both suffer from insomnia, we get at best 4 hours of sleep, and he snores like a bear. So I stay away poking him. But after this treatment, he simply purrs, and we both slept for 10 hrs straight. Pure bliss. We returned the next day for another treatment with the healer. In addition I had an aroma therapy massage. Again, not expecting much because spa hotels usually lack the "umph" when it comes to western massages. Boy was I wrong! This petite lady gave me the best aromatherapy massage ever. Not only did she bring the umph, her pace & rhythm was ultra smooth. Afterwards, my body was sooooo relaxed, my airways opened and I could breath deeply again. My complexion looked amazing because of the improved circulation - which is the true test of a good massage. With this track record, we had to come back a third time for the healer, because you can't have that many massages in a row, can you??? The healer was truly that unique. Thank you for helping with my husband's snoring.

I can only say, if you get the chance to experience the Elemis spa at the St Regis Bangkok, take it!
We stayed at the St Regis and hadn't really thought about doing anything spa-ish but rather just chilling and hanging by the pool. So when two Spa therapists came out to the pool and introduced them self and asked if they could give us five minutes of complementary massage you really don't say no to that right?! After that my husband decided to continue with a 90 min classic thai massage treatment, whilst I was a bit more hesitant and wasn't really interest, but agreed to have a look at the menu anyway. I realized it was foolish not to try this staying at a luxury hotel and having the opportunity to try a world renowned Spa. So I decided to choose one of their 90 min signature treatment for the whole body designed for a tense and stressed body with warm oil.
I had a small consultation with a women who were there to help me get the best treatment for me together with my spa therapist, a short check for allergies, comfort zone and if I preferred a light, medium or hard pressure for the massage. And if I had any other concerns or questions about the treatment. Everything was done in a soft relaxing environment and I felt very comfortable and taken care of in an extremely professional way. For me who never had been on a massage before, I wasn't really comfortable with the idea of being sort of naked and the "intimate" part of a massage so I told them that and they totally understood this! That felt very comforting and relaxing combined with everybody being so friendly and really made sure I wasn't uncomfortable in any way during the preparations or during the treatment. My spa therapist then accompanied me to the area where I could take a shower and change for the treatment, we talked about how much time I needed to change and shower and when she should meet me outside to escort me to the room. In the manned relaxing area was loockers, hot and cold fresh drinks toilettes and showers, everything was very clean and a really relaxing luxurious environment. I was meet outside the mens relaxing area and walked to my room. the room was decorated in light colors and dimmed relaxing light and smelled fresh...My therapist was very very gentle and observant of me, she anticipated every move and knew exactly what I was wondering before I sort of knew my self and guided me expertly in the preparations what to do, how to lay down. For someone who never ever done this before that ment a lot to not make a fool of my self or for that matter embarrass the therapist! After taking three deep breaths for relaxing the massage began. Apart from in the beginning when she asked if everything was ok, I remember three things from that 90 minutes session, when I felt the warm massage oil ( OMG! Devine! ) and when I woke up two times for snoring...Yeah a bit embarrassing but I guess it was a good sign because I definitely relaxed! She super gently woke me up ( yes Woke me up from sleeping!) and after a 90 min session of massage I kind of felt a bit disoriented so she checked with me if if was ok, we talked a little a bit about me and then gently she asked a little about how I felt and experienced the treatment. I mean, com on! What could you not like a bout that?! She gave me a few advices since she thought I was very tense ( with I was/ am...) and recommended to keep going to treatments when I returned home. Returing to the relaxing area I was served a healthy detoxing tee and asked to sit down and just relax ( I think there was a sauna and a small pool for us to use if we wanted too). I felt a bit strange afterwards in body and soul/mind after talking to my spa therapist turned out that thats called to be relaxed and "perfectly normal"!
You really don't have to think or know what you want, take the opportunity to use there expertise and let them guide you to what's best for you! When I left I literally walked on clouds! This opened my eyes to a well being and a way to avoid un necessary stress for the future and I am so thankful for the Spa therapists taking this initiativ to go out to the pool and present them self!
I felt I actually came a little closer to heaven walking on the Elemis clouds when I left...

I am a frequent traveller to Bangkok and visit the city at least five times each year. I love th vibe of the city, the people, food and culture. I can say that Bangkok is my second home and I have some wonderful memories attached to it.

I went to Elemis spa after I had heard great reviews from my colleagues. After a tiring day and completion of successful business trip, I decided to soak myself in luxury and relax a bit.

From the time I entered the spa, I was floored by the interiors, the tranquility and Harmony. I was greeted by the team at the reception and the manager took time to listen to me. The masseuse was well trained, professional and polite and applied the pressure to ensure that my massage was perfect and I felt relaxed and rejuvinate do after the treatment.

I will be back again on my next trip to Bangkok sooon, thanks to the wonderful and courteous team at Elemis spa.

One of my best experience. I enjoy going for massages from time to time to get myself treats. Holding my baby girl every single day give me tense so I went there for the first time for relaxation but got more than I expected! It was fantastic. She gave consistency on the pressure and she fixed my shoulder! Will definitely go back there again.
