I had an exceptional experience with Unique Tailor. I purchased a tailored suit, and Ram was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the process. When the suit didn’t fit perfectly after the first fitting, he offered a re-try and made the necessary adjustments without hesitation. After two fittings, the suit fit like a dream!
The level of service was truly outstanding—Ram’s dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was evident every step of the way. To top it off, I even received a free tie, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend Unique Tailor to anyone looking for a perfect suit and an excellent customer experience!

Great tailor in Bangkok for whom I got recomendation from Czech Republic. That was crucial for me as I as tourist didnt have to worry about someone trying to scam me. Personal is very pleasant, there is lot to choose from... fabrics, styles,... I got full suit with vest and 3 shirts. Really happy about the price, but mainly it really fits me nicely, as i know i dont have easy body type.

This is the first time I visited Unique Tailor, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. On the first visit I was fitted for 5 custom untuck shirts. I selected the higher end fabric, and worked with the staff to choose matching fabric and colors for the inner cuffs, collar, etc. Also had embroidered monogram added. One day later I went back for a fitting and adjustments that needed to be made were sent out. The next day I tried on the items and they were great. The staff wrapped the shirts up so they fit better in my suitcase and I was on my way. I will return to this shop when I need more clothes.

All the suits and shirts I currently wear to work have been made at Unique Tailor. I've just picked up the fourth batch. My boyfriend has his shirts and slacks made there, too.
In the past, I used to have my work clothes tailored in Prague. Loved the quality but it seemed like every time I needed to have a new suit or a few shirts made, the prices had gone up again. I eventually started looking in Bangkok, and was referred to Unique Tailor. I'm getting the same quality (if not better) and the prices are very reasonable.
Guys, if you wear dress shirts and/or suits to work, give Unique Tailor a try. I'm pretty sure you'll become regular clients like I have.

Unique Tailor has already become a love brand for me. I got a recommendation from a friend of mine several years ago and gave it a try and sice then I have already ordered several shirts and suits. Actually, since my first experience with Unique Tailor, I no longer wear any other shirts, since the quality is just excellent! I also passed my recommendation to other friends or family members, who also wear business clothes on a daily basis, and they have exactly the same experience. Top materials, modern and comfortable styles, reasonable prices and great customer services! I am always happy to come back.

I am an American businessman who came to Bangkok with a personal goal...to get my favorite (and almost worn out) Tiger brand suit of Sweden remade EXACTLY. I had a bad experience in Singapore with a tailor there even after doing some research. In any city, it is easy to find the most expensive tailor. When coming to BKK, I'd rather have it done in NYC or Miami where I live for that kind of money. I didn't need them to measure me or leave the style up to their eyes this time. Just copy a suit I already love and do it right at a great price. This was my goal and has been accomplished.
My research started (as you are doing now) on-line. There are many tailors on Sukhumvit Road as you will see. It is never a good feeling to see tailors who look at most tourists like a Cheshire cat would. Keep in mind, I know a little more than most about how suits are made (glue...canvass...etc...), but I am certainly not an expert nor am I the kind of guy who demands a world class suit like some. If you are one of those people, Narin Couture is probably your best bet. They are quite expensive, but the owner (same guy you will see on a cnn article on the top 5 Bangkok tailors) was helpful and told me there was no way to get a suit done in 3 days. Fair enough.
I went to many stores and decided on one called Unique Tailor at 477 Corner Soi 25 in Bangkok. The reason I chose them is they were young guys who had a local tailor who would make it and do the 'fitting' (the bottom line is there should be no need for a fitting since this is an exact copy..but...making sure it was done exactly is extremely important). Plus they were honest about where the materials were actually made and what to expect for the price I was paying. They also told me in the short time I had that a 1/2 canvassed suit (My Tiger suit was 1/2 canvassed also) was the only way possible to complete it on time. I agreed.
The suits were done in 2 days and exactly to the specifications. The Stitching was excellent as we closely examined the workmanship of each suit as well as a very cool liner they threw it to make the suit quite custom. I was even able to 're-birth' my favorite and quite worn out Tiger black pin stripe...and decided to have them make me a Tuxedo using the same dimensions and ship it to me in Miami. They liked the look of the suit so much they told me that this would be a 'template' to make for other tall and in shape guys by saving my pics and exact dimensions/angles and cuts. My cost 16500 BHT for 3 suits. 2 suits are wool/cashmere/silk 180s and the 3rd pin stripe is wool/cahmere blend super 150.
The guys who helped me were Sunny and Sam. They are young and honest. Go for it.

Just a great tailor at a great location. Very helpful, fast, professional & very friendly! It is what you are looking for regarding service, fabrics and price! We made the best shirts as I always have problems woth lenght of sleeves etc. Two lady suits as well for business. Done in 48 hours incl. fitting.

Bangkok is full of tailors - a handful on every street. Many will promise top workmanship, done in a hurry. Almost all deliver on time, some fall short of expectations.
Unique Tailor (ask for Sam) is by far - by far! - the best. I have had a few experiences before, and while most were competent, none stood out as truly exceptional. Until I visited Sam/Unique Tailor. 1 bespoke suit, 4 shirts, and 2 trousers later - all done in 3 days, with one fitting session - I was one truly satisfied customer. Since we were at Radison Blu (right next door), he delivered to my hotel directly.
UPDATE: February 2015:
Another suit, another 5 shirts. All exceptional quality, done in 4 days, including fitting. Impeccable workmanship, and Sam even remembered my liking for pocket squares from my previous visit and had a few made for me from matching fabrics - at no additional charge. And again, delivered to my hotel well ahead of time, eventhough I was staying at the W on Sathorn.

I have used several different tailors in Bangkok over the years and Unique is by far the best. They have a huge range of high quality fabrics for shirts, suits and casual trousers. The manager Max is first class. Not at all pushy and very careful to make sure he makes exactly what you want. Very reasonable prices too. I have been back 4 times and been totally satisfied.

When I went to get my 3 suits and 6 shirts I found lots of faults and errors on them and I had to wait 2 hours for them to be sent back and fixed several times. But as I had already paid I had to wait.
The person working in the shop when I was picking up my suits was different than when I ordered them. If this person was here when I ordered the suits I would not have placed my order here at all. He had a discussing character and I felt that he was trying to sweet talk me to pay more and to take the suits and leave without checking them. I had to argue and discuss with him all the time. I unpacked the suits to check and he packed them back into the suit covers before I had checked properly.
I would advise anyone to check another shop before placing their order at Unique Tailor and DON’T pay all until your suit is checked, fixed and rechecked. The price here was also very expensive. I thought that would give me high quality as this shop also has a good review here in Trip Advisor. But I don’t understand why!
Also be sure that the suits have the shape as you want. My 3 suits had much too large shoulders and I will have to fix them here in Norway. The shoulder pads ends outside the arm sleeves.
