Because of poor pre-planning and traveling in and out of Bangkok within 19 hours, this is the only place I visited, it was very cool.

Jim Thompson house warrants a visit. The house itself is an eyeopener as to lifestyle of an American in Bangkok and his assimilation into Thai life, his skills as an entrepreneur and his incredible silk trade.
