I was really looking forward to shopping here. Yes, there are loads of stores but if you’re not wanting clubs or bigger items it’s probably not worth going. Most of the clothes I looked at were the same copies you find in the Vietnam markets...More

Whenever I go to Bangkok I go to Thaniya Plaza for golf items. They have four floors of dedicated golf stores including second hand balls and equipment. Prices vary depending on your needs but there is a wide range of choices.

Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions,
this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many.
Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi
Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the
plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a
night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's
worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers
on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop
