We go to Rarinjinda Spa every time we travel to Bangkok, since 2013. The service is getting down, more noticeable this time, the therapist is rude, impolite and the massage skills is average, the room is old and there is smell of drainage in the shower room. This time our room is on the 6th floor, away from the reception, the therapists are chatting loud outside, woke me up in the middle of the treatment 😔

I opted for the 1 hour Aroma Oil massage and it was worth the 1,700 BAHT (about USD 55-60). The staff were profesional and courteous at all times. The massage was great, I could literally feel the tension from life and work being massaged away. The tea and sticky rice with mango were all a much appreciated bonus. I would love to do this again.

We just paid over 6000 baht for a 1.5 hours massage which was good, but appalled that the room we were assigned smelled like drains and had a stagnant pool of water covered in grime that looked like a plastic surface. My husband touched it to check and it turned out to be water. Asked to changed room and switched to room beside, no stagnant water but still smell like drain. Spoke to the lady at reception she said this was a hotel problem not the spa’s problem, did not offer any solution nor tried to make good. I don’t know what that means but such a pity as the quality of the massage was good.... and we both got bitten by mosquitos. The cheek of them to charge 5 star prices with this kind of quality. They collect money upfront too so we don’t even get a chance to tell the cashier at check out or fill out a review form.

My team member booked my husband and I a 2 Hour Traditional Thai massage treatment for a couple of hours after we landed in Bangkok from London. Honestly our experience was exceptional from the second we arrived at the hotel. We headed straight to the Spa and had a warm welcome. English is limited but that adds to the charm and the multiple receptionists all spoke good English. The treatment was firm to say the least but so much better than having a light aromatherapy treatment that doesn’t really hit the spot. The 2 therapists didn’t leave the room or stop massaging once (something you find elsewhere in the world leaving you too much treatment time to undress or for something to soak in). The skill of both massage ladies was exceptional and they had been therapists for many years. Honestly I can find no fault and the prices were really reasonable. In the UK you could not find a 2 hour treatment of the same calibre for the reasonable price of 2000 Baht. Please try it you so won’t be disappointed.

This is my third time here. My husband and I have arranged golden moment with hot stone. It’s so comfortable that we both felt asleep. The only down side is the facial which I think is not hwhat they are really good at.
I would recommend this spa but more on massage and other treatments but facial.
The snacks after spa was nice too.

Booked last minute since everything sounded nice on their website and it's just across the road from our hotel. Didn't expect too much as I have been disappointed by so many Bangkok hotel spas. My treatment (a 2.5 hour package with a body scrub, massage and hot compress) turned out to be very good - but judging from the many lacklustre reviews on here, I probably lucked out with my particular therapist. Other things that I liked: clean and calm environment, comfy massage bed, good-sized treatment room with a nice shower. Something that I didn't care for: the rushed and near-haughty manner of the receptionist.

The location near the rooftop in central Bangkok is only a small addition to the whole spa experience starting from the warm welcome by the friendliest hostesses. Location so high can only bring high quality services. Cleanliness is felt throughout while relaxing ambiance takes you through imaginative journeys that sadly is limited by time. Oh I love that Mango and Sticky rice.

I had classic thai massage 2 hours and my wife had oil aroma 1.5 hour massage
We were given 20% discount but what they don't tell you about the price is 10% VAT and 7% service charge which come before the discount those extra charges are not included on the price list
The massage itself was good, but not a huge amount better than I received at other places in Bangkok even Khaosan road.
Spa atmosphere is reallly nice you are given a nice drink at the beginning and snacks and mango at the end. Feet washed at the beginning and you can have massage in shared or private rooms

We were so lucky to be staying right across the street at the Athenee, and were able to book a 2 hour Thai massage right before our cab to the airport.
Superb service, and excellent massage. The Thai massage is particularly inexpensive, compared to most other spa services here and in the area - roughly 2100 baht per person once all the fees are added on. It was totally worth it for us.
