Each floor is a different city with a theme. I liked floor two - Tokyo - which had women's fashion from Thai designers. You can definitely get lost in the little Japanese style streets and stalls. It's a mid-range mall, so if you don't have thousands of dollars to spend on designer items and you're not into haggling over cheap... More

Large shopping centre interesting design in that every floor represents a different city. Fist couple of floors have decent shops but the rest or more local market stalls so not really a great choice in my opinion m. The most annoying thing is due to the themed layout on every floor you are constantly getting stuck behind groups of people... More

Too many shops and many the same, I found it difficult to negotiate and the electronic boards with the floor maps weren't working so that didn't help. A bit overwhelmed but in all fairness I'm from a small place with no shops.

Just like every other malls I would say, but like the other reviews have mentioned, the catch here is the country theme at each level and very modern clean toilets. Shopping are a bit on the mid-range to higher end. Many nice cafes and restaurants to dine, but if you are looking for a cheap meal, go to the Pier... More

Other than its unique restroom and shops design, Terminal 21 has a delicious and cheap foodcourt. We will come back again.

Given all the hype provided in descriptions given about this mall. It came as a considerable disappointment that all that could possibly identify this mall from others is that each (of its seven floors) is given the name of a city. What you find on each floor has little to do with the city its named after, except for the... More

This Mall have a unique concept. The design is an airport terminal and each floor represents a city, or stop. Tokyo for 1st floor; London for 2nd floor; Istanbul for 3rd floor; San Francisco for 4th & 5th floor; and Hollywood for 6th floor. Each restroom in every floor also design according to its theme. Compared to other similar malls... More

Good mall, very closed to our hotel and next the the Sky trains. We probably eaten more of our Bangkok meals at the many restaurants and food court food in this mall than we should ☺ As expected, most of the international shopping brands are available here, the airport terminal theme is cute. Nice clean public toilets is a major... More

Terminal 21 is located right in the perfect area. Next door is the Center Point Hotel Terminal 21. This is a 5 story mall with all manner of stores and services. I would say it services the upper middle class with stores that they would recognize. It contains a gourmet grocery store where they sell fruit, vegetables, staples etc. Pharmacy,... More

Gigantic shopping mall located in the middle of Sukhumvit. Each floor os decorated, even the toilets, as one international city/place; Tokyo, Paris, Acient Rome, the Carribean, Istanbul, San Francisco etc. Big food courts on the top floors and many places to have coffee or sweets/ice cream. Several international stores such as Adidas, Mango, h&m etc. They also have many tiny... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
