Make the effort to see this area. A real authentic Thai area devoid of all the tourist traps. See and be part of real Thai living, plenty to see and do. Take the metro and walk.

The central statue is General Taksin who later became The King of Thonburi. During Songkran 2018 (April 13-15) it was decorated with colorful neon lights and a carnival atmosphere. As the weather cools during the evening hours the locals use it as a running/walking loop....More

Hi WWYai is just a huge roundabout.well maintained park inside.open space useful to locals around this area. Nothing exciting. Far from tourist areas. Hi traffic in the morning rush hour So so....non tourist interest location

It just seemed like an intersection for traffic crossroads, heavily residential i did not come across anything special here but there are local things like eateries.

Here enjoy allot as we want to see local market area, we found small stall for beside road. It's a very crowd place so advice to prepare accordingly.
