Amazing! This is the best word to describe this place. You will be cleansed spiritually by the surrounding and the several statues and Buddha artifacts. The entrance fee of 200 Baht (with free cold water) is worth it in my opinion and you can roam around the area as long ad you like. One thing that you shouldn't miss doing is the 20 Baht good luck coins where you will put coins in more than 100 pots located at the back of the Reclining Buddha.

Definitely not what I was expecting. I booked this thinking it was a proper show with some actual real Muay Thai fights. It started with the compere welcoming the near empty cold hall to an “Evening of our Lives, Thrilling Real Fights” what we really got was 2 short matches by children from local clubs, 10 minutes of 4 guys practicing their boxing techniques on stage with background music not much of a show in my opinion, another 2 short fights with amateurs again from local clubs and then the supposedly main event that lasted all of a couple of minutes as the non Thai opponent did not look as though he knew what he was doing and not surprising the match was stopped by his trainers Overall very disappointing

Beautiful Buddha but a bit hard to see all at once. I liked being able to put the coins into the cups but wish I knew more about it. It was nice to be able to walk all the way around and see The Buddha from all angles. By the time we got to see him we were very tired.

Visited as part of private tour which in my view is best way to see it, photos do not do it justice. It’s just magnificent, don’t forget to look at feet and back of head to appreciate the detail. Only mistake I made was going in afternoon when the heat was unbearable I recommend early morning visit
