My kids enjoyed it. It is very close to skytrain. It is located in Siam Paragon. Please do not try to get a taxi outside the mall. Taxis will rip you off.

Easy to access location (using the Skytrain). The octopus, the penguins, and of course the sharks were favorites. we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it for parents with school-aged children

This place to visit, good explore for kids have to spent at least 2-3 hours. Advise take lunch ir dinner before going sea life. They no restaurant inside only snack stall and very expensive.

The staff at the entrance/ ticket counter will be able to help you out. You could also write a mail to the booking service explaining your issue. I am sure they will be able to help you out.
