About
We teach Thai cooking, fruit and vegetable carving, flower arranging and soap carving in our beautiful Bangna home. All Lessons usually taught in English unless requested otherwise. Jimmy, the owner, has worked in several other Thai cooking schools before setting up her own business. We teach groups of various different sizes, we do one-to-one private lessons, we teach home cooks and professional chefs. We will even come to your place to teach!

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!

I would recommend everyone visit Jimmy when in Bangkok! This class was fun and easy for beginners and advanced cooks! Jimmy does an excellent job at making sure everyone feels comfortable, involved and most of all immersed in the culture! From the moment we arrived she treated us with the upmost hospitality and kindness. The food was delicious and I am a picky eater- everything pleasantly surprised me! You can tell Jimmy really loves what she does and enjoys sharing her passion with others. The individuals who helped Jimmy were just as excellent making sure we had what we needed as far as ingredients, had drinking water, and made sure to take pictures for us to have as memories when we were gone. All in all, this was a great experience and I would certainly do it again!

Couldn't have been better

Wonderful cultural and culinary experience. The teacher is kind, knowledgeable, and sincere, and her home and garden are beautiful. It's worth getting out of the city just to visit this quiet and colorful place. You won't just mix the ingredients like in some schools. You will pick the herbs, learn their names, and how the delicate flavors balanced each other. I've been cooking for years and I still learned so much today. And the food... Just so delicious! Best activity I've done in Bangkok.

A wonderful day of Thai cooking for all abilities including children

We had a wonderful afternoon of Thai Cooking a soup, curry and salad. Jimmy was super friendly and clearly knowledgeable. We enjoyed a tour of the garden discussing and then picking the ingredients we required. Recipe was clear and Jimmy offered many tips through demonstration and discussion. My 11 year old son enjoyed the whole experience particularly stir frying the vegetables and dry frying the nuts. We're all excited to visit again soon. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Experience
What a wonderful experience to learn with family and friends! Jimmy was attentive and was there to help guide you with proper technique and process to ensure a yummy turn out of your meal! I enjoyed learning about the garden and herbs used in Thai cooking. Keith added color and humor to our experience! Thank You for sharing your knowledge and expertise! I am a professional lime cutter now!

What an amazing experience. Jimmy and Keith are so very nice, and I learned a lot! The food we made was absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to make these dishes for my family and friends. I highly recommend this!

Family cooking workshop with Jimmy

We came to Jimmy's to experience a family cooking workshop (6 people) to learn and experience Thai food, we arrived at Jimmy's house and experienced a special and pleasant atmosphere, a clean and organized work environment, Jimmy teaches and guides pleasantly and patiently and wholeheartedly, we highly recommend!

The perfect place to learn thai cooking

I did a 2 day (12 dishes) cooking course with Jimmy.
Not only is she a great chef and teacher but makes learning cooking so much fun!
Plus she gives you invaluable cooking tips on method and techniques!!
She speaks fluent English and has a great sense of humour!
Her place is perfect with a mix of indoors and outdoors!
She has a lovely garden where all thai herbs are grown!

A relaxing and very fun experience!

We had a great day with Jimmy, learning how to cook Thai dishes and carving fruit and veggies. Jimmy is a very nice and patient teacher, carefully showing us how to do things. The atmosphere was super relaxed and fun!
