March is a raining season but I went there on the perfect day and regreted no taking a hat. If you decide to get to the top of the moutain through the Mt. Qixing trail, be aware that most of the path will be on stairs. There is no toilet neither water font during the way, I could fill up... More

Absolutely lovely location to go for a hike around. There are so many things to see and explore. For the photographers, there is no shortage of locations to shoot. Highly recommended!

It has been my leisure but enjoyble spot. Blooms with flowers and cooling weather powered the unlimited exploration. Lot of quiet and scenic spots for photography.

My friends and I went up not knowing the temperature dips just 15 minutes into the bus ride so we were unprepared, just wearing shorts and tshirt hahahaha. A simple zip hoodie will suffice if you are planning to go up to Yang Ming Shan to keep you warm and from the rain. WE LOVE YANGMINGSHAN. So we did a... More

Now is the time to visit Yangmingshan. It's the annual floral festival. Weather is cooling and scenery is great. Get to see many type of flowers in bloom .

We experienced overcast, sunny, foggy and clear weather at Yangmingshan within a few hours of stay but the place has never failed to demonstrate its charms to us in all circumstances. What a great escape so close to Taipei!

I took a day to hike up a couple of peaks in this park, in preparation for the Nenggao Historical Trail (which I did a few days after). It's a beautiful park, but come prepared! I was caught in a storm, and thankfully, the trails are well-marked. Higher up, the trails can get obscured by fog and rain so when... More

There is a local bus that winds through the park. Hikers get on and off. At one stop there was a fantastic trail designed for wheel chairs and folks with really bad knees. Trails of all levels are available and you will find lots and lots of locals out enjoying the beautiful scenery. This is not the place to take... More
