Very informative, can learn a lot about the Confucius teachings. Beside that, it's really boring and dull.

This remains my favourite temple in Taipei. It is a place dedicated to Confucius and his teachings but also is a nice place to wander around and appreciate the calm and peaceful atmopshere. The little tea house was lovely too with two friendly girls who...More

Enjoyed it more as a tourist attraction. Good to see the drawings and the sculptures. Unless you are involved in history, it becomes just another temple. Good places to eat outside. Reached there almost at sunset

A Taiwanese local brought us here - we bought some snacks from the roadside and sat in the temple to eat. She said she often did so, because it was quiet and peaceful. I agree - if you're looking for a good, central place to...More

This is a great place to learn how the culture and Chinese writing evolved from. well maintain with a lot of explications. They even put in some electronic games to attract the young ones.

The grounds are quite large and the buildings have a lot of beautiful details, e.g., color, carvings, etc. You get a history lesson in Confucius and learn that his teachings influenced other Asian nations. There's also a video presentation in the main hall. Wander through...More

I really liked the way this temple was presented - each room explained each of the six arts of Confucius with interactive components. Highly recommend! The 4d movie summed up the displays well but was poor quality

I visited Taipei Confucian Temple just as the sun was setting and therefore missed much of the activity that would have been taking place had I arrived earlier. I nevertheless enjoyed exploring the Temple, reading the inscriptions and getting a feel for Confucian ideals as...More

A lovely temple centrally located. Relatively big complex it's easy explored by foot. In general, you'll find no one speaking English to help you out with some explanation so might be worth considering walking city tour.
