Make sure you check the times monastery is open to avoid disappointment. Can be visited quickly though if one wants to spend some time, absolutely worth it.

Lovely place to visit. Not a large monastery but a lovely place to sit and reflect. Also see the other monasteries in the area.

One of the better Monasteries to visit, a very peaceful place to sit around near it and also to chant if one is into and the architecture is very eye catching too.

Monastry is kind of a temple of God Buddha. Its an sample of ancient architecture. Peaceful, claim and beautiful place.

We visited the monastery at prayer time and you are allowed to sit and be present. This was an amazing experience. It went for just over an hour so be prepared to sit on the floor for this length of time. Although you can leave...More

worth the while to drop by and understanding the history of tibetan refugee in this area. not the modern luxury type of monastery.
