Its like walking on sand - without leaving foot prints . Natural and scenic at its best - not kept very clean though - people are more interested in the commercial part but its still nice

Had a great ride to the top of the hills above the lake..really lush green and fresh air was amazing..cant stress there, and leaving is hard..so take your time, enjoy the views-chat with locals..have a meal and tea(s) somewhere and make it a full day..

Begnas lake is situated about 11 km away from Pokhara. The water is much cleaner than the water in Fewalake. There are some picnic spot. One can see also fish cage culture and do boating.

If you are staying pokhara and want a peaceful afternoon, you sould visit Begnas lake. Its out of Pokhara city and there is no city flavor. Its fully a natural lake.

The Begnas lake is situated well away from the Few lake. Its very less crowded. Seems like Pokhara lake 10-20 years back.
