Watch closer to the roof of the temple and on the each joist, there are erotic carvings. While you will watch it, be careful on pigeon’s excrements. Also be careful, there are some men that look friendly, and they will start talk with you. They will explain you things about square and they tell you they are not guides but on the end they want you to buy very expensive paintings, you can get everywhere in Nepal. Say them NO on the beginning, because after it is difficult to get rid of them.

One of the oldest temples in the Durbaar square of Kathmandu. Its known for its erotic sculputures. It was the King's way of imparting sex education to his subjects, that's what the guide told me.

This temple is old and beautiful. The architectural design is made of a bunch of kamasutra carvings which gives it a unique look!

It is not a must, but could be part of a sightseeing plan.
If you have time go see it, but do not expect a lot

It is hard to believe but the people say the temple was made up of single rock. You will wonder how big the rock was when you see the temple. The story of Hindu epic 'Mahavharat' can be found carved in the walls of Krishna Temple.

One of the most important temples of the amazing Durbar Square, famous for its erotic wood carvings. A must-see in Kathmandu. You must pay to enter the area but it's definitely worth it!

Located in Durbar Square, this is a must see when in Kathmandu. um...mind the pigeons. There was a small fee for non-Nepali visitors to enter the Square, but you'll also get to see the teple of the living goddess and Hanuman Dhoka Palace Complex (museum).
